She Is shooting up! That sativa stretch is kicking in a little bit, so I did some of the ole twist and pinch near the top. Lots of pistils, but no bud yet. Added a carbohydrate source (bud candy)for the bacteria to keep things going. Growing cannabis has actually taught me a lot about growing food, so I’ve got my raised bed started outside (a bit late in the season, but worth trying). No tricromes yet. She’ll probably finish after her sister, which sucks for timing.
Leaves are starting to yellow up a bit and taco on newer growth. I read it's cal-mag and PH issues (PH was at 5.5) I've added cal-mag, flushed and fixed the PH, just wait it out? I mix in gal batches of nutes, should I change that as well?
Haven't had much time to journal my grow, so no updates for a while, but this plant won't stop growing new buds at all. Trichs are clear with maybe 2% cloudy. I know breeder's recs are not accurate, but she should of finished 12 days ago. Just wait it out?
@67336b Hi there! Well there's not much to do but wait, and take a close look everyday. Breeder's schedule are made for the perfect environment with unreasonable amounts of lights 😂In my setup I always need to add 1 to 3 weeks for the babies to finish flowering properly. Patience is the key! Keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊
Yeah, just wait it out until you know she's ready. Breeder timeframes are never accurate in my experience, at least not in the real world. Good luck! 👍
good luck with your grow. Keep the nutes down to a very minimum. those autoflowers don't like feeding the first weeks. the humidity could be the problem. Happy growing bro!
@67336b Indeed, they seem to grow slowly. Just wait to see what happens since you've already fixed a lot of things. This doesn't look like a cal-mag deficiency to me but could be a heat-stress / light-burn sign. I'll be around, keep us up-to-date, and good luck with these babies!
@Stick, I think ultimately the slow growth on both plants is coming from the fact that I was full of hubris and I used a Lowes hempy bucket for an autoflower instead of a more appropriately sized bucket for hempy. This is my first grow that my dog didn't eat so at least I'm learning :)
