Week 4 of veg and transplanted into the final 5gal fabric pot. For this grow, I am trying a main-lining method to see how that works versus the plain lst I did for my previous plant. I waited until there were about 6 nodes then topped down to the third and removed all the growth before that. Now to wait until some more growth and then I can start training the branches out!

@jeffl2956, No prob. My tent is about the same height and it really helped keep them in control so they were not hitting the light or growing past it.

@sleeks, that's what I thought. Thanks for replying. The grow I'm doing now is the first time I've tied a plant down. My tent is only 5 feet tall so I wanted to see if it would help in that respect

@jeffl2956, Personally I wait until the branches are in the shape I want them. In this case I had them tied to fill out the tent from side to side and keep the canopy even across the top. Once I have that basic shape I remove some. If some start growing taller than the others, I may tie a bit more to keep it more even.
