3/12/22 - 10:30am - First day of week 2! Fed 4 oz. Runoff was at 580 PPM. 3/12/22 - 9pm - Runoff was 510 PPM. 3/12/22 - 9:30pm - Made some new nutrient solution. Starting in with some silica at half strength. Hoping to bulk up the stem a bit. I've been at a full 1 tsp/gallon on the terp tea for the past week with no ill effects so I'm going to keep it up. I plan on feeding some recharge on Tuesday. 3/13/22 - 3pm - Moved her to a 5 gallon fabric pot and fed her a whole gallon which seemed to properly saturate the coco. The runoff was at around 800 with the new coco. It should start coming back down after a few more feedings. Still planning on doing recharge on Tuesday. 3/14/22 - 3pm - Fed 32 oz of nutes/water and had no real runoff. 3/16/22 - 5:45pm - Haven't fed her since the 14th. The coco is plenty wet enough. She is showing signs of overwatering I believe. I am going to take some forum advice and let the coco get quite a bit more dry before I water next. Hopefully this will encourage the plant to start sending roots deeper into the new coco in search of water and fill out the pot. That will help with preventing overwatering in the future. Will do recharge with the next feeding. 3/18/22 - 5pm - Fed about .65 gallons with recharge. Water going in was ~500 PPM and the output was ~950 PPM. She is looking really healthy imho. Looking forward to week 3 of veg coming up. Raised the lights back up to about 37 inches from the soil and 32.5 inches from the top of the plant. Failed to do this at transplant.

My plant is doing very well however the fan leaves having gotten a bit much. I'm about to go into week 5 of flower and I'm wondering if I can remove a few fan leaves to help lower humidity and increase light penetration to the other bud sites?

I'm on the side of both Hashy and HerbalEdu here... defoliation is definitely beneficial for such a bushy plant as yours but do it selectively and slowly! Flowers need light to grow big - the more light, the better! They may be getting more light when the tent is closed up - but they'll get even more if large fan leaves aren't between them and the light! And no, I have yet to see any cannabis plant that grows more leaves if you remove some leaves... Be selective - choose leaves that are blocking bud sites - and go slowly so you don't overly stress the plant... do a little today, wait about 3 days and do some more... I've defoliated all the way up to 2 weeks before harvest! Good luck!

@QuickOne, Thanks so much. I'm a little nervous with all this. This is my first attempt in coco, a grow tent, and with these nutrients. My last (and first) grow was on a balcony with soil lol.
