Week 1, First Successful clones went into veg and immediately started training. The Runtz Muffin was particularly difficult to clone but after testing for two months I have finally got what I believe is one of the best ways to clone Runtz Muffin by Barneys Farm.
After transplanting to final pots the plants were mostly topped to keep the plant as low as possible in training for scrog.
More information will be posted soon.
If anyone is having trouble cloning Runtz Muffin feel free to ask and I will tell you my conditions. I am planning to do a full writeup on the process in the near future.
Stay tuned, some amazing stains already going feat, Minosa Evo, Gorilla Zkittles, Wedding Cake, Triple Cheese and Runtz Muffin.
Let's begin.
Canopy is almost full the growth spurt will fill in the rest.
Full LST/SCRoG/SOG Tek
Regular veg nutes will be used for almost two weeks into flower until we see flowers forming then switch to flower nutes.
Flowers really starting to show on both rm and tc after one week.
Switched to flower nutrients.
Continued defoliation below the canopy.
Everything else the same.
Great week, starting to really see the Runtz Muffin take off.
Honestly I would have thought they would have been further on at this point since Runtz Muffin is only 50+ days but we will hopefully see more this week and next.
The triple cheese is doing well but not as good as the muffin.
I have noticed slowed growth on the buds especially when considering Runtz Muffin flowering time of 54+ days.
I have decided to start PK 13/14 since we are at the start of week 5 flowering and will continue for one week, hopefully we will see a difference.
PK 13/14 drastically alters pH. pH down used to bring pH to 6-6.2.
Runtz Muffin quite dark green still. Triple Cheese seems to look normal light green. Fingers crossed for the purple Runtz Muffin pheno.
This week has been a nightmare for temperatures. Sometimes reaching 31c.
Hopefully the weather changes soon.
the cheese is putting on weight but the Runtz is still fairly small.
could be a nutrient problem so I'm going to check the runoff and adjust accordingly.
Quite a lot of defoliation this week to expose covered bud sites.
pk13/14 has stopped.
Everything else the same.
I do wonder why the TC is quite a lot larger than the RM.
At this point I'm sure they have been stunted by the heatwave but they are still going strong now the weather has cooled.
I added a 6in intake and fan to bring some fresh air in and tied down all the branches to keep them as upright as possible.
pH 6.2
After a 10-year break from growing, this has been a great lesson learned and the next batch is already looking better than this batch.
Looks like the triple cheese is almost done so switched to pH 6.2 water and Canna Flush and will cut in about a week.
Tried some macros with a cheap microscope, heads are looking somewhat cloudy but not fully so I'll wait for a week.
Runtz Muffin still has a week or more.
This grow has definitely been stunted by the heatwave.
Triple Cheese is pretty much finished. I flushed with at least 20 litres each pot using regular tapwater in the bath.
I then used some Canna flush and pH 6.5 water approx 5 litres in each.
The Runtz Muffin still has a week or more but we are starting to see it really fill out now.
This was a stunted grow so extended flowering time was expected.
Update: Started flushing the Runtz Today. Should be finished in a week.
I decided to cut down in the middle of the week. the triple cheese has been ready for a couple of weeks now and the runts was overdue by 4 days.
Heres the shots of it drying in the tent on day 3 of drying. There has been a rough trim but not much.
Going for a low and slow dry, 55-60% humidity 20c temps. Ill hold the dry period for around two weeks then do the final trim and then into the curing jars.
First completed grow diary on growdiaries!
Thank you to everyone who has commented or liked i have only had an account for a couple of months and already so many amazing growers stopped by and given a like.
Full weights will be posted in a harvest post once its finished drying and we will have a final weight.

A great replacement strain from Barney's. If you can't find the old exodus UK cheese which is almost impossible these days, this variant gives you everything you want.
Definitely keeping this strain since its such an easy plant to grow.
I have two more phenos to test with a full diary already begun!
Thanks Everyone! First diary done 🎉
