This will be my first grow and I have decided to do this using a spacebucket due to limited space and needing this grow to remain stealthy. I am using a pretty basic setup with (4) 40 watt CFL lights, (2) PC fans and (2) 5 gallon paint buckets covered in reflective tape, organic soil/perlite mix and purified water to start. I can't wait to see how this grow goes and look forward to following others on their growing journey as well :) P,S, I've been watching a lot of AHS and just finished the 3rd season which features a lot of Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks, therefore this girl is going to be named Stevie.

Day 8: Not much to report Day 9: Started Stevie with nutrients today, starting her at half the recommended strength just to be cautious Day 10: Growing strong. I noticed her leaves were pointed upward, not sure if its a light or water issue Day 11: Stevie is looking good, she got watered this morning with a little added molasses and I think she enjoyed it Day 12: She felt a little dry today so I gave her a light watering and will probably increase her water intake Day 13: Not much change to report Day 14: Still looking pretty. Looking forward to see if she will hit a growth spurt soon

Day 15: Increased her water intake to 2 c. every other day. Day 16: I've been misting her with a spray bottle in between her feedings and she seems to enjoy it. Day 17: Increased nutrients to 3/4 recommended strength, will probably go to full strength next week. Day 18: First set of 7 finger leaves almost spread out. Day 19: Decided to do some LST on her today Day 20: Getting bigger every day Day 21: Noticed some yellow/browning at the tips of some of her bottom leaves, so I definitely will start feeding at full strength. Otherwise I think she looks pretty good.

Day 22: New leaves developing at node sites and I've noticed the newest leaves on the main cola appear different as they form, very skinny. Day 23: She got full strength nutrients today along with an increase in watering. Day 24: Excited to see that she had pistils appear overnight, looks like she will start the flowering stage soon! I also did some more LST to let more light through to the lower sites. Day 25: Stevie grew half an inch overnight! Day 26: She has new pistils popping up every day Day 27: I've noticed that her lower leaf tips have turned yellow at the beginning of the week and I initially thought it was nute burn. It looks like the discoloration has spread past the tips and looks more brown and dry, which is making me think maybe a potassium deficiency related to pH. With this in mind I decided to order a pH pen and some solution to trying and better manage the pH of my plant. Day 28: Still waiting on the pen and solution but so far it doesn't look any worse and she is still growing taller every day.

Day 29: Pistils everywhere! Day 30: She is definitely in the stretch, getting tall fast. Day 31: Finally got my pH pen and solution so I was able to correct her pH, so I am hopeful that this will correct the potassium deficiency. Day 32: Fed her her first does of flower nutrients today and corrected her pH, her run off is now 6.5. Day 33: So far so good, not much to report today. Day 34: Did some trimming to remove the really sad looking leaves that were affected by the potassium deficiency and did some more LST. Day 35: Stevie is looking good, cant wait for these bud sites to really start developing. She has a very weak smell at this point, but its definitely there.

Unfortunately this week has been difficult to keep updated but in short. I moved Stevie to a friends house. Hopefully it is just temporary but in the meantime I wont be able to check on her as often and that makes me nervous because she is till having issues with her leaf edges being burnt. At this point she is getting fed every 3 to 4 days and I've been following the schedule of watering with nutes every other feeding, I've been following this schedule for the last 4 weeks or so and I have been checking my pH for the last week and its been in range so I'm not sure whats causing this issue. I'm open to suggestions, especially with this being my first grow I don't want to make it this far and screw it up. Thanks in advance.

I have been having trouble with my leaf tips and edges appearing yellow and then turning brown. At first it was just the bottom leaves that were affected but now more of the top leaves have the burnt appearance just not as extreme as the lower leaves. What can I do to fix this?

Burnt leaf tips are a sign of nutrient burn. I’d recommend backing down on your nutrients to 1/2 or 3/4 strength. Autos don’t need as much nutrients as photoperiod plants. And the nutrient Manufacturer’s recommendations are maximum strength (the faster you use up your supply, the sooner you’ll buy more). The existing damage will not change back, but you should stop seeing new leaves affected. Good luck 👍

Stevie seems to be recovering but I still will be trying to check on her as much as possible. I flushed her with pH'd water towards the beginning of this week and so far not really seeing any more progression of the burnt tips. Otherwise, I think she is doing pretty well, I will probably start her nutrients back at half strength sometime next week. She definitely got bushy this week so I also did some defoliation and got rid of most of the older fan leaves towards the bottom of the canopy that were burnt. I swear her buds are starting to get more developed every time I check on her. Still not a very strong odor coming from her but that is why I picked her to try and remain stealth. Its exciting to watch her grow bigger and fatter, can't wait to see what she does in the next few weeks.

Stevie is coming along nicely. I think she is finally recovering from her flushing. I checked on her yesterday and she was still not quite dried out from her last watering, so I will probably start her nutrients back today or tomorrow depending on how her soil feels. Otherwise she is definitely getting fatter every day and I love watching her buds get big and frosty. Can't wait to see how she does these next few weeks, I believe her harvest period is 11-12 weeks according to breeder, so I'm trying to wait as patiently as possible.

Stevie is chugging along. Still has some discoloration on some of the leaves but I think she is recovering. It does not look as though the discoloration has spread any further. She did receive a half strength dose of flower nutrients to try and get her back on track from the flush. She has a couple more weeks to go according to breeder info so I can't wait to see if she blows up in these last few weeks :) Until then I will do my best to keep a close eye on her to get her through these final weeks. P.S. I have a loupe coming in the mail so I can look at those beautiful trichomes

Didn't get to check in on her as much this week, but not much to report. Stevie is continuing to grow and fatten up nicely. Finally got my loupe in the mail but it is so tiny I am having a hard time telling if the trichomes are clear or cloudy at this point. They look cloudy in photos, but I might have to get a bigger loupe so I can see them better. She continues to look frostier every time I check in on her though. She will receive her final dose of nutrients this week and from then on just pH'd water until chop time.

I think Stevie is starting to tell me its time for harvest soon. Her remaining fan leaves are starting to yellow and droop which I've read is another sign harvesting should happen soon. Her trichomes look mostly cloudy but I have yet to see any amber. She received a 1/4 strength dose of nutrients with her most recent feed on 9/29, this will be her last nutrients. She will only get pH'd water from now until harvest. I want to be able to flush her properly before harvesting but I am afraid the yellowing will spread to the sugar leaves soon if it continues at this rate. For now I will just keep a close eye and update at the end of the week. Update: Checked on her again today and gave her her first feeding of just pH'd water. Doesn't look like the yellowing has spread too much since my last check in, so I'm happy about that. Ordered a different loupe that will hopefully be a little bigger and easier to handle so I can really take a good look at her trichomes. From blown up photos all of her trichs look cloudy, no visible amber yet. I know her time must be soon though because her smell has finally started to develop and it's getting me excited for harvest but a wee bit impatient. Until next week...happy growing everyone!

How many times should she be watered before harvest in order to flush properly? She has been drinking about 1L every 3-5 days. She received her last dose of nutes 9/29 and soil still felt damp this morning 10/2.

Hello ! So I heard a lot of things about flushing so here are the things that are important to me : -1st°- Flush at least 7 days before harvest , the best is 10 days to 2 weeks in soil -2nd°- To flush you need to give the plant at least twice the volume of your pot ( fully saturate your pots : for a 10L pot use 20L of water) to wash the nutrients away -3rd°- The good moment to stop is when the runoff water is clear ( at the begenning of the flush it will be brownish ) -4th°- You can flush in 2 part if you choose a long flush (2 weeks ) -5th°- After flushing try to let the medium get fully dry before harvest ( you can have a better terpene profile thanks to that ) . I hope it will help you 😁👍

Stevie is in her final week before harvest, nothing but pH'd water this last week. The fan leaves that remain have started to change color and look dry so I clipped a few of them. Her buds have really blown up this last week just like the breeder states, so I'm glad I gave her this final week. I finally got a better loupe so I added some close ups of her trichomes. I'm not seeing any amber trichomes but I would say 90% of them are cloudy. I'm going for a little 3 day trip and plan to harvest her when I get back. I'm hoping by then they will all be cloudy and maybe some amber. Until then I'll be patiently waiting. Update 10/12: Got back from my trip today so Stevie got the chop. It was kind of bittersweet chopping her down but I am super excited to try her out once she is ready. Her aroma definitely came out the more I rustled around with her. By the time I was done trimming/chopping my gloves and shears were covered in sticky resin, which gets me excited for the final product. For now I'll have to continue to be patient and wait for her to dry. I'll update with harvest post once she has had time to cure some.

Very happy with my first harvest even though it was small. I decided to dry her for a full week before I moved her to the jar to cure. I sampled her first after 1 week of curing and she was still a little harsh so I let her cure for another week. She has now cured for a full 2 weeks and man was she worth the wait. She definitely leans towards the indica side which helps with reliving my pain while her sativa side gives me a giggly buzz. I love the couch lock feeling she gives me at night, it puts me right to sleep when I'm ready for it. Overall a great strain, I look forwarded to popping the other ww seeds I have and trying my hand at a little more training to increase yields. I loved the experience of keeping a diary and getting inputs from other growers along the way. Thanks for all the input and support guys!
