1st week of August they started to bloom, there was some top rot in it. That means from germination to harvest 14/15 weeks. And that is correct with the given 12 weeks flowering of Sensi. But I wanted to leave them for a while to rinse well for the taste. Normally I cut out those first buds with rot and I only cut those. Another mistake, autoflowers should never be cut out when they are in bloom. Not even when flowering, because within a few days they will act weird again, they get stressed and they want to grow again.
If 1 gets rot, you should always cut the entire plant immediately. And how exactly you know when your buds are really good is also difficult for me. I keep it at 60% of the threads should be brown. I have also read that with a magnifying glass you could see a brown stripe on a THC drop to know for sure.
Nice job. I had a similar experience trying to grow lots of autos…seems like more can go wrong with autos, more liable to be stunted by a cold overnight temperature, etc. Cheers.
@Northern_Ent, yes autoflowers are very stress sensitive. Even moving the plant to another spot in the garden during flowering felt like stress was my thoughts.
