@Tropicannibis_Todd, it speeds up the time it takes for a fem to flip by at least 50%. This fem took 5-6 days to show pre flower signs with 13.30hr flowering window and 10.20hr off with 5-10m with lights on.. you can change that to 14hrs for fattening. And push it back to 12hrs for ripening or 11 whichever you prefer. But, still using the IR to put to sleep quicker. If you're using with lights on. Just be careful with it in pre flower. As the stretch will be unreal. It can be used to cause upwards stretch during growth also. But, is can get away from you on pre flower, "well it did for me".. The UV-A part is great. I've noticed a significant increase in resin. Just be mindful of its strenght. 1hr sessions is enuf, once or twice a day. Still lots and lots to read up on.
