expected flowering: 7-8 weeks
Germination method: cotton disc with tap water with 4ml/l root juice and 1ml/l acti-vera
Tent: BlackBox Silver 90x60x180cm (3'x2'x6')
Extractor: 220 m³/h
Soil: Biobizz All-Mix
SF-2000 @85cm @50%
germination: 10/11 They took a little longer than usual to open up, all but one seem to grow vigorously enough afterward.
sprout: 9/10 ; 9 transplanted in soil at first then another one transplanted 36H later i may transplant the last one if the root finally start to grow. First two are showing 20h after transplant. 35h after transplant 7 are showing. 42H after transplant 9 are showing and seem to form their first set of true leaves normally. Last one showed a little later but doesn't seem to form it's first true set of leaves.
Day 2
Damping off of one seedling in 6 L pot 😒 Trunk is limp and suddenly thinner and almost transparent near the top, first true set of leaves growth is stunt
"There are various symptoms associated with damping off; these reflect the variety of different pathogenic organisms which can cause the condition. However, all symptoms result in the death of at least some seedlings in any given population."
Day 3
Seedling doesn't seem to recover so replaced it with the last back up seedling.
Day 4
( 5 cm - 7 cm )
Day 10:
SF-2000 @75%
Day 11:
( 6cm - 10 cm )
Growth rate seem a little slower than what i'm used too with some other strains at the same stage with the HPS.
Day 17:
Removed two first stages secondary branches
Day 18:
( 9 cm - 15 cm )
Front left corner one is a little less vigorous than all the others, she is noticeably smaller and trunk is thinner.
They are not stretching a lot and i find growth rate is a little slower with LED than what i was used to with the HPS.
They prolly gonna need 4 weeks of veg.
Day 20:
Removed third leaves stage secondary branches.
Day 39:
( 39 cm - 65 cm)
Very dense bottom of the canopy wich gonna make hard to spot male preflowers if there is some in the next few weeks.
Rather homogeneous as for now. One phenotype produce new branches on nodes next to preflowers.
Day 40:
Removed 16 leaves top of the canopy to give a better light exposure to some lower branches.
Removed lot of buds sites that don't get enough light bottom of the canopy.
Day 43:
Removed a few males preflowers on two plants.
Day 44:
Few more defoliation, removed another 16 leaves top of canopy to give a better light exposure to some lower branches.
Day 45:
Removed few more buds sites that don't get enough light bottom of the canopy.
Day 46:
( 49 cm - 82 cm)
Rather homogeneous as for now. Two phenotypes produce new branches on nodes next to preflowers.
Light went on last night, hopefully i figured it out and fixed it.
Day 47:
Found and removed a single male preflower on a third plant.
Day 48:
Another defoliation, removed 16 leaves top of canopy to give a better light exposure to some lower branches.
Day 51:
Added some books under the smallest pheno, +12cm
Day 51:
Added some books under the smallest pheno, +12cm
Day 53:
(53 cm - 94 cm)
One weaker and dwarf pheno since start up, one taller pheno, others 6 phenos are rather homogeneous.
Overall main colas gonna be rather short but lot of secondary branches made it to canopy level.
Day 60:
(54 cm - 95 cm)
One weaker and dwarf pheno since start up, one taller pheno, others 6 phenos are rather homogeneous.
Overall main colas gonna be rather short but lot of secondary branches made it to canopy level.
Three phenotypes start to show some orange hairs.
Day 67:
(54 cm - 95 cm)
One weaker and dwarf pheno since start up, one taller pheno, others 6 phenos are rather homogeneous.
Overall main colas gonna be rather short but lot of secondary branches made it to canopy level.
Day 74:
(54 cm - 95 cm)
One weaker and dwarf pheno since start up, one taller pheno, others 6 phenos are rather homogeneous.
Overall main colas gonna be rather short but lot of secondary branches made it to canopy level.
Can't say i m impressed with this strain at this point, half phenotype doesn't seem to swell that much especially the tallest pheno prolly not gonna be a huge yield.
Half phenotype, especially two show some nitrogen deficiency, i gave thoose two phenotype an extra 1ml/L Fish-Mix
Some phenotypes start to show few amber trichromes so they may be ready in 9-10 weeks i think.
Day 81:
(54 cm - 95 cm)
One weaker and dwarf pheno since start up, one taller pheno, others 6 phenos are rather homogeneous in height.
Overall main colas are rather short even if lot of secondary branches made it to canopy level.

(54 cm - 95 cm)
One weaker and dwarf pheno since start up, one taller pheno, others 6 phenos are rather homogeneous in height.
Overall main colas are rather short even if lot of secondary branches made it to canopy level though since a few weeks they don't all benefit from direct light.

Prolly gonna harvest in a week and a half, i may push pheno 2 and 4 a little longer not sure yet.

Buds are noticeably big, dense and compact on most pheno overall (except pheno 6 wich have much less swollen buds, with noticeably much smaller calyx).
I Found 2 males flowers that released their pollen at the time of harvest with pheno 3.
Look like an above average yield, will see when i'm gonna fill the jars.
Great cream and fruity taste with earthy hint, some phenos also has some pine hint. I really like it.
Good yield in comparaison to some others strain, main colas are rather short but lot of secondary branches made it to canopy level.
Some phenotypes weren't super healthy near the end, look like they didn't like much my feeding schedule.
A few phenos are a little airy once dry.

@HerbalEdu, Critical Kush from Barney's was the most memorable, i can recommend it. If i remember right all 8 plant was pretty similar structure, very good yield and heavy hitter not for someday smokers. 😊
@Cyrusdavirus, I just love this strain structure so far, even if main colas won't be the tallest i ever had, there is noticeably more secondary branches that made it to canopy level than usually.
How often you raise light and how big height steps you do ?
I see some big inner not spacing at certain point, think you raise your light not frequent or jump more than 3 cm at raise day ...
Still , colour - dream, thickness - fat , what could be better ? ;)
@HerbalEdu, i like supercroping and light version of it A LOT !!! Haven't broke even one top doing it ( broke few during LST wireing 4sure ).
Always do it before watering , when plant most lanky. Take your time, preplan what you do how you do and just go on !
BUT, You are one of few i follow, i like your style with same strain, can see pheno variations very well. Plus your grows always healthy , lovely to observe each time !
So who i am to tell ??? ... ;)))))
@Cyrusdavirus, Thanks Cyrus 😉 as long as the tent is filled with 8 plants i m fine, anyway that's why i always pop 10 11 seeds, just in case something wrong happen with germination.
