Hi @DomanAtrik! Any blooming/flowering fertilizer of your choice that contains high P+K ratio. Start with 1/2 of what the manufacturer's schedule says, then slowly increase nutrients intakes if the plants is responding well / if plant is healthy. Now about what brand is the best, no one can answer this, but you'll have many informations onto the "nutrients" tab here on GD, this will allow you to compare results & reviews by top growers. Happy growing 👊

Its getting so exciting. The smells are permeating the air. I keep finding little carnivorous bugs stoned to death in the trichome forests. Preparing for the Advanced Nutrient Overdrive for use in the next few weeks. I tuly appreciate all of your comments and support. A side note fyi, Im sort of an amateur mycologist if you catch my drift ;). Anywho, have a pleasant day and thanks for stopping by. All comments and looks valued.

All Trichomes appear white still, no amber. I hear that when about 2/3 of the trichomes go from white to amber its harvest time. I believe Im nearing the flush phase. How do I know when to begin just water feeding? My Amnesia Girls are so pretty.

The Amnesia Kush strain is completely new to me. So is growing for that matter. I only used praying mantises and frogs for pest control. No mites or leaf cutters or anything bad that I noticed.

I just got 5 of each of the following seeds from I love growing marijuana. Northern Lights, Grand Daddy Purp, Gold Leaf, Big Bubba Kush and Pure Indica. Which in your opinions should be apart of my indoor winter harvest?
DomanAtrik
DomanAtrikcommented7 years ago
@Mrs_Larimar,As mentioned, this is my first grow. The best bud I ever smoked was Northern Lights. Anything related to GDP is amazing. I'm quite excited to grow these indoor plants. Definitely share that grow as well.

The section I have them in is lit quite well with natural sunlight. I recently heard about the nutrient called overdrive for the last few weeks. Supposed to boost plants genetics increasing resin production and balancing p.h. Would this be recommended? I realize i put the girls out to early which initiated an early flower phase and created it to be a "Monster Crop". Since this is the case, any suggestions on how to work it since they have formed many colas on the tops. I have bud factor x for magnesium. Is there a better one or is this good? Thank you for you time and input. I recently tied one plant to a stake and bent it exposing g the entire inside to the sun all day.

@Experimentgreen, It was the lower section of my raised garden. Tomatoes last year. I honestly thought it was a great place for a grow. We live in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas in california.

yeah man Doman, look there s a lot of "bro science" which is a quick fix at the end of your grow that will promise you something amazing. Unfortunately almost all of those are just not true. For example before the chop you want a flush, but actually there s a big debate about what and why the flush lol. Another thing people do to have a better flavour is to preserve the terpenes by harvesting after a dark period - this should make your smoke smoother. Does it work ? yes, but 12hs is enough, some people ruin their trykes by doing more than 24hs in the dark.. Another is increasing the light at the end of the grow, yeah doesn t really change much. Basically not much you can do at this point, but : for the future : differences in day and night temperatures really really help resin production. Those are my secrets - hope they help you ! 🚀

@DinafemSeeds, I appreciate you following my grow. The buds are sweet, mellow and earthy. The high is happy, uplifting and euphoric. Some get giggly. I live in what they call gold country and a lot of people grow. They all love this Amnesia Kush.

DinafemSeedscommentedweek 57 years ago
Can I ask what week are you actually in of bloom? Your diary says week 5(day 35) but going off the pictures you look to be more closer to 7 weeks (49 day's) possibly even week 8(56 days)? Also, what are you using to view the trichome heads? You want to harvest with 15-20% Amber trichomes for a nice euphoric effect😎. The more Amber the more couchlock effects you will get 👍 The flush. Now, some people don't flush at all. We do, and I recommend a 5-10 day flush, minimum. I do 14 day's. This forces the plant to use up all available feed and stored nutrients leaving you with a nice clean end product 👊 I'll check back in on the next update ✌️ All the best Mark..

@DinafemSeeds,That's a great question actually. They are autoflowering. I started 5 from seed in January. I read that I needed to wait for the last frost to plant outside. According to the farmers almanac that was April 10. I waited until April 12 to plant outside. They had already started showing the white hairs. This being my first grow i was unaware i should have waited another month or so. This caused them to go into flower, then back to veg then back to flower. I have now harvested the last plant. They all grew so different. I'm now germinating pure indica. Northern lights, big bubba kush and gold leaf. The first two amnesia i cried and cured wrong. They smelled of hay. I learned of the snapping test to know they are done drying. That proved very useful. So i still can not say what stage flowering they were in. Sorry.
