Cough seems to be very dry. When I touched her one of leafs get broke in half even with sprays to dome every day. Few ppfd to much, drying inside of dome to quick.

Not all seeds make and this is one of those that won't.
Seeds are random organic beings with unique individual genetics, not perfectly made factory items with a 100% guarantee of being exactly right.
Life is too short to grow "maybes"!
Always plant more seeds than you think you will need and only grow on the healthiest examples.
Seedlings do not need domes once sprouted......or at all really.

The plant with the lighter edges looks like Phosphate deficiency, I had similar issue and corrected it. It seemed to work for me .

The other one in fact have to hot medium for starting autos.
