October 17th Day 2 - we will call this day 2 for both however FBT2 is 3 days older than FBT5, getting confusing but 10 weeks later there is only 1 day between wont make a difference. Should I have mentioned “Captains log, Stardate 96419.8”
October 26th Day blah - Really looking forward to the #5 now it’s been a long time since I had some purps. The strawberry smell Nebula speaks of in her diary has me excited
Hello and welcome to the perpetual garden for FAST BUDS TESTERS 1-6
Please leave a comment about anything relating to the strains, genetics or growing conditions below DM me for anything else. ✌️🏻
———————————————————
November 1st DAY 17 -
Everything growing well for these 2 test strains. There the healthiest in the tent. I guess I must have overdone it with the cal mag. This weekend i will be moving these to other tent under HPS.

November 4th Day 20 -
Fed today with:
2ml/l - Rhizotonic
2.5ml/l - Formulex
November 6th Day 22 - FBT 2 is preflowering now no doubt we will see some growth pick up now daily. Autopot system will be set up and turned on after a good strong tea enoculation, I didnt like the amount of salt accumulated on the surface of the coco.🙏🏻
____________________________
November 8th Day 26 - I’m really happy with the solidness of these plants, my plan is to alternate between res feed and Terpintea (terpinator tea) feed.
November 13th Day 31 - been filling the tank with 20L of tap water bubbled with airstone, then added 0.5ml/l Calmag plus 0.5g of MEGACROP: EC @ 0.8, PH 5.8
____________________________
November 19th Day 37 - Fed a little terpinator @ 2ml/l and some extra Calmag 1ml/l (50/50 with regular feed)
____________________________
November 20th Day 38 - I have a confession to make, I realised this week... I started this grow as a FBT6 & FBT2 the #6 didn’t make it so I germinated a #5 alongside another Sour Stomper bean which was supposed to be given to a friend before transplant (changed his mind). I thought I had labled them correctly. It appears not...
I noticed purple calyx first...
See the little pot just sort of hanging around, yea? UNFORTUNATLEY!! That’s the #5 that should be in the “bigger pot”
Super pissed, with myself. I thought I had it all right as I started them in different pots, appears not.
November 25th Day 43 - Added some PK this week plus tea to the res. Found mold in my CANNA boost, only realised after I mixed it and poured it to 1 plant. My Tea should kill anything nasty so I’m not too worried.
December 2nd Day 50 - things looking good for the test strains #2 is smaller than other strains in the same size pot, she is showing twisted dark green leaves with turned up edges, I’ve seen #2 others are growing do the same. Wondering if it’s genetics or sensitive to something...
#5 In the small pot doin well, she lives off scrap feeds like a dog... the micro life is teaming!
December 11th Day 59 - So here’s is the bad news... root rot on #2 and OMG does she smell so goood!! pinaples and mango such a sweet smell, buds look nice! Again root rot wish it wasn’t so. Treating with tea. My guess is it’s the canna boost the boost that caused It.
#5 just keeps swelling up, and smelling up. Beautiful peppery berry smell, wonder if it’s a blackberry X.
My guess is yes

December 14th Day 62 - going to flush the #2 after a few days on my next feed. Then chop, she looks hideous but smells incredible. WIll enjoy to grow it again.
Into the perpetual NOW SOIL garden.
Thought I’d try the C.A this time
SETUP:
- adjustable 660w ballast set to 400w currently
SOIL & NUTRIENTS
- CANNA PROFESSIONAL SOIL
- CANNA TERRA
- Advanced Nutrients B-52
- Vitalink SiliconMAX
- home brewed Bennificial teas
- molasses
- PH up/down & pen
- airstones
———————————————————
Feb 22nd - Under paper towel 1 day, planted 5mm under the surface. Didn’t even need to water soil, humidity is in the 50s medium feels damp just sprayed a little every few hours till she broke surface. Then added 50ml water. 4/4 beans popped patience is key, soil is life👍🏼
———————————————————
Feb 24th Day 1 - opened and errect along with her sisters. sprayed with pure water multiple times daily to keep surface moist and humidity about 40
- it’s dropping to 30
Note: However where I live is high humidity plus I have a fast flow of air exchange. So having a low humidity at this point is manageable and given the fact the water needs to evaporate faster than the seedling can drink it. As it’s a small plant in a big pot.
———————————————————
Feb 27th Day 3 - spraying with
0.5ml Rhizotonic
0.5ml B-52
———————————————————
March 1st Day 5 - continued spraying tea brewed
———————————————————
March 2nd Day 6 - 💧
- 6.5L can with 300ml Tea added.
- Nutrients below added to 5L bubbled tap water
0.5ml/L silicon Max
0.5ml/L rhizo
0.5ml/L B52
0.5ml/L Terra
- Fed tea solution first 1.5L/plant
- Fed nutrient solution 30min later 1.5L/plant
- Total fed 3L per plant
What I love about Fast Buds strains is the Autoflower genetics are on point. I’m guessing they use the same “love magic” on all the strains?! Don’t quote that shit...
All I can say is from a little experience is that a little bit of water makes your seeds pop within hours! That’s good sign.
Then you go on for a few months trying to kill your plant with all this shit you read on the internet.
But Fast buds just won’t fuckknb die!
This L.A lady has gone through hell, but she’s 1 tough girl.
I puked at the smell of her roots, now I’m in bliss heaven at the scent of her. I’ll have to get some past shots from her diary I removed.
To add her to the perpetual FastBuds Diary.
Smoke report:
Peppery, probably from being taken too far,
This strain is pucker, I’ve had to name it myself #Maroon No5.
Cracking the jar open the smell of strawberry ammo hits you like a truck lean a little closer and put your nose inside the jar now take a big deep breath through your nose, exhale ahhhhh just made a mess everywhere haha.
Back to the review, let’s start with the story. When germinating multiple seeds I write the strain on the kitchen roll I’m using to germinate. Then pop the seed on the paper with the name. So from paper towel to pot I fucked up somwhere as the starter pots were also named. Anyhow long story short the No5 was supposed to be a Mephisto sour stomper in a small pot start to finish.
I know there aren’t many pics good 1s at least during her life.
I wish she was 100x bigger.
Incredible colour bud formation, and vigor. This strain is a straight winner from seed to harvest kept a smile on my face TY FastBuds
Sorry for the delay, think about the nice long cute. This is my last bud FML... 1 more seed that rules them all, hope to high heavens she’s a winner peace and love!
The single lady grew well, small sized autoflower early flowering cycle. Beautifully scented aroma when growing, drying, curing and finally smoking.
It’s initial taste is as it smells ‘fruity’ then you have an instant flowery/peppery after taste on the exhale. Overall wonderfull still no name? I never got any real info on what #1 - #5 FBT are, feel free to fill me in any of you insiders XD
11th March Day 15 - 💧she’s definitley an indica dominant looks like she will be short and bushy.

19th March Day 23 - Fed 2L each.
0.25ml Calmag - 1ml
1ml/l rhizo - 4ml
1ml/l B52 - 4ml
2ml/l terra vega - 8ml
2ml/l Terpinator - 8ml

6.4PH
Next feed in few days will be using a strong tea mix including B52 and Terpinator no other nutrients, I’m hoping there is enough in the soil to be used up during the stretch so I can focus on plant health during flower. This is important to me now more than anything as switching back to soil from coco feeding less is fine but I keep itching to feed more. Had some Heavy leaf curl when I watered last. A sure sign of overwatering easily manageable with good aeration of the medium I went 50/50 soil perlite as I want to use my teas to assist.
————————————————
5th April Day 40 -
Looks like I have had a ph issue going on. Checked the pen it was out by 0.2 could be I need to change batteries too.
Added: 1ml/l rhizo, 2ml/L B52 and will apply till the 500ml sprayer runs out
————————————————
6th April Day 41 - pictures taken, continued spraying reduced spray mix down to 0.5ml/L Rhizotonic, 0.5ml/L B-52.
Yellow leaf tips and lime leaves are a sure sign to me of PH lockout.
Going to set PH to 6.4 think my tester is out so I need to guesstimate. Next feed will be light with a good dose of plain tap water 1st to flush deposits. Then carry on with bloom, additives and boosters for the finish. Till next week✌️🏻
12th April Day 47 - This is a surprising plant HOLY FUCK just sat down low throwing buds head to toe! Unfortunately slumped a bit on soil, and I’m wise to know when the roots hit the bottom on an autoflower this kind of triggers flowering in many cases. That’s what I have experienced that’s not just shit talk. Anyhow, what a surprising plant fat nugs all the way to the bottom and she’s pumping the crystals out! Please I want more of these C.A seeds🙏🏻
1ml/L Calmag
1ml/L b52
2ml/L terpinator
2ml/L Terra Flores
1.3EC [email protected]
17th April Day 52 - fed as bellow hoping it will flush the high k concentration I have PH of run off was 6.4 I need to start paying more attention what comes out. If my watering practices are not so messy I gues it would be lower and also a higher EC reading was 1.5 coming out but only 1.0 going in.
Love this fucking plant!!! nuff said
1ml/L B-52
1tbsp molasses/10L water
Tea:
- 1g S13
- 1g P5
- 1/2 cup EWC
- 1bsp molasses
- bubbled 6hrs fed to plants with nutrient mix
- Saving the other half for later straight to the crown✌️🏻
21st April Day 56 - Bubbled water 24hrs added 1g of S13 bacteria pack.
2ml/L Overdrive
2ml/L Terpinator
[email protected][email protected]
———————————————
23rd April Day 58 - I’m going to push her a little further to finish with the rest.
2ml Canna Terra Flores
2ml Overdrive
2ml Terpinator
1ml Cannazym
PHed up to 6.7 [email protected]
Ph Was a little high but I didn’t want to mess around with it anymore. So close to the end now👍🏼
28th April Day 63 - Applied tea with no molasses. Also decided as I have received my starter pack from Green Buzz Liquids, to try their “Clean Buds” product.
——————————————
30th April Day 65 -
As instructed applied
2ml/L big fruits
1ml/L Humic Acid Plus
Ahhh by far the best Fastbuds strain I have grown so far it’s awesome how perfectly she formed. No issues at all super happy overall with size, taste, smell the lot. Can’t wait to grow her again and this time I will focus on a larger plant. This small plant yielded more dense tasty bud than both my other plants grown along side. She was deceptively small with buds down to the base.
Grew like a charm, will be purchasing a ten pack for a rainy day! Thanks again for such a beautiful strain FastBuds sitting on the top of autoflower genetics!!
@PharmaZ, interesting ! i thought canna boost was basically humic + fluvic acid, and the tea, well the tea would be a bacterial "chelation" agent - that's why i asked, very interesting about the boost (refined molasses.... so brown sugar??) 👌
@CRiSPrGrow, negative... boost is a fully refined byproduct of sugar cane, like molasses but even further refined. So it’s essentially a sugar or carb in nutrients case.
The tea is a microbial brew, made; using earthworm shit, packaged bacteria, and plain water bubbled for 24hrs. I used boost as a carb to feed the microbial life in the tea. The tea is beneficial for various reasons. You would see the greatest results in soil as the breakdown of nutrients to feed to the roots is done by the organisms in the soil. After a while the colony dies for not being replaced or helped multiply. This is why molasses is an age old trick as really your just feeding the soil so it can continue to synergies with the plant. I’ve sort of made my mind up on going back to soil for the next grow.👍🏼
@No_Clout, also 2ml/l is giving me very slightly burnt tips on 2 plants so that’s obv more than enough up to week 4.. you know me i like to be as light as possible and as cheap as possible but trying to get best results. One day soon I will have it just right where it costs f all and gives A* results hopefully this time round✌️🏻
Damn that root rot! Have you used any mycorrhizal products or microbes? That's supposed to make happy roots...supposedly... my podcast i like kept bringing up silica products too for overall health and strength at battling various things, potassium silicate most specifically.
@Experimentgreen,
Hey green sorry late reply took a break.
Yes I have green used micorrhiza products and bennies. Problem was there was not enough aeration. These products did fix the problem after a big flush. The smell coming from the flushed water was rancid seriously made me vomit. I made the mistake by not adding any perlite after reading something regarding the Autopot watering system I used. I haven’t given up on coco just yet as I believe it’s perfect for growing big plants in small pots. It does however IMO require some attention like watering multiple times daily for best results. I found the plant I had watered twice daily did better than any on the system.
This time round Im back to my organic roots lol
very nice harvests in the end, i'd also love to know anything about the #1 and the #5 ;-) rumor has #5 called purple punch... nothing on #1, maybe dos-si-dos?
@PharmaZ, pick up some Hydroguard if you can, it's a root inoculant that does wonders for preventing root rot. 2ml/gal is standard dose. been using it since i started growing. I believe @Hawkbo swears by it too.
@CRiSPrGrow, Hey bulbi, it does work saved my grow tbh.
Very cheap
Best oprion
MycorrMAXhydro
75g will last you over 1 year and costs around €15 I guess.
> Add 0.5g to 2.5L pure water > bubble for 6hr with airstone > add 10ml molasses > bubble 6hrs > add 10ml molasses > bubble for 12hrs > finished brew.
Add 250ml to 5L water (rest goes in the fridge) will keep for 10 days.
@PharmaZ, yo what's your recipe for that innoculent ? very interesting making that home made especially if it works right? i've been looking into the fertiliser companies, their margins are impressive, makes you wonder if you can do it at home ! are you doing some root pruning, air pruning as well or no?
@@Fingers, trust me I know this, can’t get it here :(
It’s been discontinued, was called aquashield before.
I’ve been making my own innoculent. But unfortunately have problems using autopot system. My own fault... PH caused it. Back to soil for me bro✌️🏻
