Day 15: I gave them that additional .25 liters I was talking about. Things arent drying out as fast, and they all look good. Bumped the water up to 6.0ph. No nutes yet. No reason to mess with a good thing. The pace is quick. Girls are praying.
The single XS3000 PRO is still set where it was, which is now about 21 inches from canopy. The plants are getting just over 550 PPFD each at the apical. I plan to leave it where it is for now.
I did have to pluck some extraneous branches that emerged from the cotyledon on specimens 3 and 4.
Also, my drying tent is here. A Vivosun 2.7x5 (weird). I have an additional exhaust/smart controller combo on the way as well. If you remember from the germination week entry, the flowering tent has a scrog in it. It's on week 6 and is nearly ready. I should have that all up and running well before then. Bonus pics of that harvest when it happens. I dont want to post too much about plants that arent in the diary.
Thanks for stopping by.

Day 16: A tiny bit of upward curling along the leaf edges across specimens. Its probably time to start backing down the heat. I back the light down 15% to bring the temps down a bit without adjusting exhaust. I have a nice climate going in there and a constant negative pressure and its stable. Specimen 4 experienced a small crack in a fan leaf. But its minor. Not even visible at 4 feet away.
The drying tent has been put up. I am impressed at the quality improvements Vivosun made in their basic tent series compared to just 2 years ago. The fit was quite nice. There were no flaws or hangs in the zipper. The floor tray is now oversized instead of barely latching on. The seams and stitching are improved and there is reinforcement in the corners. I am sure it needs a light leak test, but it seems fit for purpose.

Day 17: Water uptake has exploded. It drank all the water I gave it over the last 2 days as well as some of the baseline moisture I was maintaining in the bottom 2/3 of the pots. I gave them all 1 full liter of water today. We will see what the situation is there tomorrow. I just dont want to stunt them with overwatering. They are growing nice and fast. Will probably start in on some training soon.

Day 20: LST today. The lower branches were long enough that they would quickly orient themselves into little mini canopies if I did some LST on the main branch. So I did. And with a little help from me they all had space. I just made them as even as I could and called it. Pretty satisfied with it so I dont foresee any fiddling for at least a few days. I only defoliated the one fan leaf on each plant that managed to make unavoidable contact with the soil. I did manage the rest of the fan leaves out of the way of the main branch so the new nodes have the best chance.
Everyone got a solid liter of water today. Bumped Ph up to 6.1. It felt like a lite watering this time around. I may do another round of 1L each tomorrow. Better under than over. Can always add a little more.
@A_Stoned_Llama, I probably should have been more specific. The big one in the middle is a photoperiod. Its supposed to be a Huckleberry via The Bank Genetics out of Denver but it is not 100% certain thats what it is to be honest. There are 3 little autoflowers in the corners of other varieties. I got a little cramped for space so decided to gamble their outcomes on a 12/12 cycles with the photoperiod. They all flipped around the same time, and I needed some room.
@Brixx, Well now you can enjoy the fruits of your labor, until you decide to upgrade or expand again haha. Those autos look great though, seems like you learned enough already to have a very successful run, no doubt.
@Z1US, Hi. I started it on the 2nd click which is the 30% setting. Rains 250-300 ppfd down at these settings and distance. Mind you just using one of the XS3000s right now not both. Method is the UNI-T UT383BT Lux Meter paired to PPFD Meter app. The performance on these little units is actually quite impressive. I will start noting things like that in the weekly comment as they change.
Thanks for stopping by. Feel free to inquire about whatever. Will do my best to give a good answer.
