Germinated in wet paper towel for 3 days before transplanting to hempy solo cup filled with coco coir and grow stones. Watered initially with 6PH RO water. A few days later I tried nutrients at a fraction of what they actually call for. The Hobbit didn't like the nutrients and showed burns on the tip. The Rhino Ryder was better with the nutrients but still wasn't crazy about it. I flushed them both at the end of the week with RO water again and they both responded well.

Nice tote man! Just saw your post on reddit. I was also conserned about hight, that is why I wanted a bucket, they are easier to stack. But totes give more width to work with.
Good luck and keep it up!
@CloudSlappy, I can emanate that's a pain in the ass! Luckily it's a joy to work on and expand spacebuckets with new features 😁 keep us updated on your setup, very interesting stuff!
@Trainrails,Thanks! I will definitely be adding a scrog. If I can keep the height to 1/2 the bottom tote then height won't be an issue at all. The bigger problem with height is the difference between the two plants and having the lights at a height that makes sense for both. I may put all the lights on a rail system that would allow for adjustable height of the quantum boards while keeping the cob centered.
@HighTV, Yea they are both getting pretty full. I'm starting to finally see some vertical growth, but nothing explosive. I'm hoping to get at least 2' tall.
