SUNDAY - NOTHING
MONDAY - 1 Gallon RO Water
TUESDAY - NOTHING
WEDNESDAY - FULL NUTES; 1 Gallon RO Water (Shared)
THURSDAY - LST Hobbit, Trimmed Fan Leaves off both plants
FRIDAY - 1/4 Gallon RO Water
SATURDAY - More LST, More Defoliating
Really good week of growth. Monday was pure water feed following 2 full nutes feeds the previous week. Wednesday was another full nutes day. Thursdays the plants looked full and I noticed some really big fan leaves, so I decided it's time to start LST and defoliate. Both plants had 4-6 leaves trimmed leaving behind 4-5 smaller fan leaves. The Hobbit looked like it could handle the LST better than the Rhino Ryder so I started with two stems on the Hobbit. I've been questioning if the roots have hit the reservoir, so out of fear that they haven't I added a small amount of water on Friday. On Saturday I watered with full nutes after more defoliating and LST. These plants looked like I never trimmed them on Thursday. There is a ton of new bud sites and some more are coming in. The smell has started but it's very faint. The fan leaves smell wonderful. The rising temperature has been taken care of once I added a fan inside the grow space at the level of the lights
Nice tote man! Just saw your post on reddit. I was also conserned about hight, that is why I wanted a bucket, they are easier to stack. But totes give more width to work with.
Good luck and keep it up!
@CloudSlappy, I can emanate that's a pain in the ass! Luckily it's a joy to work on and expand spacebuckets with new features 😁 keep us updated on your setup, very interesting stuff!
@Trainrails,Thanks! I will definitely be adding a scrog. If I can keep the height to 1/2 the bottom tote then height won't be an issue at all. The bigger problem with height is the difference between the two plants and having the lights at a height that makes sense for both. I may put all the lights on a rail system that would allow for adjustable height of the quantum boards while keeping the cob centered.
@HighTV, Yea they are both getting pretty full. I'm starting to finally see some vertical growth, but nothing explosive. I'm hoping to get at least 2' tall.
