Day 40 of veg stage and every three days I’m tying down branches and trimming up the bottom growth and that’s pretty much all I’m gonna be doing until we get into flowering. I've been using VitaHerb which is my own organic immunity booster that I haven't released to the public yet. They absolutely love it and it’s a great way to give your ladies some extra vitamins to boost up their immune system. I’m keeping the PPFD between 425 and 465 so far just so we’re hitting that blue spectrum. My goal is to fill this tent out and then I’m gonna ease up on the plant bending and let em grow taller. I have the HLG Scorpion R-SPEC FR LED on deck, just waiting for these to get into flowering. temps have been in the mid 70’s, humidity around 55%. I've also been moving soil around just to make sure it's drying out and not staying clumped out, good to get air up in the soil that way. I'll be cutting out some of the lower growth in a day or so, before it starts getting really crazy growth in the bottom and mid section. Will be top dressing with VitaHerb, Gaia Green 444, and 1/4 cup of worm castings from Wiggly Worm being the brand I've been using.
@420_scene hi from UK. I watch your channel and glad I can see some good stuff here. It is chilled here if you stay away from certain parts. Grower of the month competition has a lot of drama.
@420_Scene, ok nice. The 50 pack is much cheaper from phylos per seed iglm went a bit much with price lol good you got them hooked up.
I like the phylos db since they stole all of it from breeders. Now i check their site for ideas for me to steal. Ima try to make a cross similar to their highest terp strain. This one has lowest terps but most thc.
@ChillOSki, You can mainline your plants outdoors. I don't see any detriment, only benefit. Manipulating your plant's energy and still being able to structure your plants how you want...of course you can. I only do indoor grows because I get a lot of rain in my region so it's way easy to get bud rot and with indoors, I control everything.
Wow, it's wild how they get rootbound so quickly!
I planted straight into the final 5 gals. I really wish I could see the root system in them! Looking great though! 😃
@Hash268, Thanks man/. I'm gonna post an update either today or tomorrow. Today is film day so depends on when I get done. Glad you like the plants and thank you for stopping by broski. :)
@Stony_German, Nah, I kept them short enough for a while and let em grow out a week or two before stretch and oh boy did they stretch but they're the perfect height. Plus, I have the AC Infinity tent which is one of the tallest so I came prepared for these Cheddar Cheeze plants. haha.
