Topped this plant on day 16.
So far she seems to handle the stress relatively fine and keeps growing.
This lady is so dense. We are very impressed of her growth and she is starting to smell nice.
Well, just have read most of you say you should never top autoflowers. We previously had watched some diaries where we liked the outcome of topped auto flowers very much.
So here we are 🙀
This plants growth is really impressing in my opinion. But she is so extreme dense.
I wanted to defoliate her, but I wanted to wait some few more days because of the topping 4 days ago.
The leaves are so big and dense, that they overlap in some parts and there's moisture.
During the stretch, the frame of the plant will "stretch" rather than grow any new stems, and what is close and dense now, may not be once she grows out, you want everything close and as dense as possible during veg, this is what makes dense clusters later in flower, the plant is growing to the rate dictated by your environment, she looks beautiful and healthy, keep doing what you're doing, the only time you want to think about defoliating is just after the stretch to open up canopy or clean up any overlapping from topping, truth be told the plant defoliates itself later and will reallocate nutrients within a leaf before detaching it, this way there is little to no waste, any time you take a photosynthetically active leaf you reduce total potential capacity. Nature and the code that runs underneath is far more intelligent than we are, let it do its thing.
Hulkberry keeps growing strong and very dense. Love her appearance!
UPDATE Day 27: Our fan slided down somehow and catched one of her branches … we wanted to fix and tape it, but damage was heavy so we just cut the small part where it was still hanging together and threw it away :(
Still love her look and are very excited. Buds started to grow slowly and she is stretching day by day a little bit.
Changed the complete Setup on Day 39.
She's now in a mars hydro 80x80 cm tent with the fc1500 evo lamp.
Hulkberry is still doing nicely. It's a pleasure to watch her grow.
Unfortunately she is also getting some brown spots on the leaves of the top buds.
We really don't know what this could be and hope she will do fine still.
So we thought this strain would be a little faster, but really like how she turns out.
Think the buds will getting dense in the next days and she is looking beautiful and smelling good!

Think she will need a few more days, love how she has grown and smells. Really a beautiful experience!
Have carefully checked the Trichomes on Day 71 and will give her a few more days and hope she will enjoy it.
Because there is more room in the tent now, we decided to let her a little to get more light down to the buds.
And, well, we fucked up and broke her main branch while doing it.
So far she seems to have handled it really well, but we are so sorry for her 😶
So despite the nutrient problems she turned out really well.
Buds are looking heavy and beautiful – only the leaves are looking really bad.
She smells nice and we think only a few more days and that's it for Hulkberry.
