Hi Growers, my tent has recently hit some low temps at about 15 degrees lights off, I have now improved the temps by a few degrees to about 17 at lights off. Purple is showing on my stems probably caused by cold but purple also showing on the back of leaves? Should I worry?
I would say that it is not an issue but your plants are young so yes it is a problem . The pirplelish colour is due to the low temps and the fact that the leaves and the petioles turns purple is not uncommon with you temps, the new growth will look a the same if you have no way to change your temps to something higher. Any temps under 17 and higher than 30°C can slow your growth. From what I can see you are now at the lower temps limit ( don't get back to 15°C ). You did worry enough now you can relax
I've recently switched to 12/12 and because of the temps where I live I have opted for lights on 10pm to 10am, now just a quick question, during uninterrupted darkness would me briefly opening the tent to water badly disrupt this? Using my phone light to water the plants?
yup, it will stress out the plants, the slightest light will/could mess with them , make them turn hermie, try watering just before the lights come on to avoid this issue. hope this helps ! :rocket:

Hi growers! I am on week 5 flowering and I am only feeding bloom and bud candy nutrients, I am no longer feeding any micro and grow, because I am giving them less nitrogen obviously some leaves are starting to turn yellow, is this okay? I am half way through flower cycle.
I’d say that week 5 is a little early for the plant to start eating its reserves. This should only really start happening in the final few weeks. Try and keep em rich healthy and green until the final leg.
