Hazeberg This diary will be part of the Eternity Grow Cup 2026. Thanks to Plagron and Zamnesia for holding this cup and for having me.
Iβll be using Sticky Broccoli Feminized by Zamnesia. My focus on this run will be to select the best phenotype of the 2 plants and to show, what this strain is able to produce. Furthermore, I'll use AutoPot 1 Pot system with AirDomes in 15 L pots to increase oxygen uptake and with that root development. The base nutrients I use are Advanced Nutrients OG Organics Iguana Juice Grow & Bloom with OG Organics Ancient Earth and Voodoo Juice Plus. To boost the flowing phase, I will use Green Sensation from Plagron.
I'm very excited to see, how my plans will end up and I will share the feeding plan etc. after the run.
Grow Setup:
β’ π± Genetics: Sticky Broccoli Feminized by Zamnesia
β’ ποΈ Grow tents: HOMEbox Ambient R80S - 80 x 60 x 70 cm and AC Infinity 632 - 90 cm x 60 cm x 180 cm
β’ π‘ Light: Germination and first week will be 2x SANlight Flex II 10 W, later SANlight Eco 4-80
I'll update the reports on a daily basis.
Happy growing everyone π±
--------------------------------------------------------------
Day 1: I prepared the small tent for germination. I prefer to do it directly in peat pellets. Let's see, how they will perform.
Day 2: Nothing changed yet. I added a Vivosun GrowCam C4 and Spiderfarmer GGS AC5 to control the temperature.
Day 3: The conditions look perfect, I just wait for them to show up (I expect to see them in 2-3 days).
Day 4: Nothing changed. Patience is king now. As described, I want to use the AirDomes from AutoPot. For this, I have to use an air pump. For me, this device is a bit too noisy. So I decided to build a box around her to reduce the noise. With that box, I'm able to reduce the noise from ~55 dB to ~44 dB. This is good enough for me.
Day 5: Still nothing to see. I noticed, that the peat pellets were a bit too wet π I tried them a bit and I hope they make it!
Day 6: Still nothing to see. I try to pop another one with the paper towel method.
Day 7: Still nothing to see.
Day 8: Sticky Broccoli #2 shows up right now (you can follow in week 1) The other seeds are sill not showing up. Also the seed in the paper towel does not show any signs.
Day 9: #1 is still not showing up. #3 popped after 72 hours and I transferred the seed into a peat pellet. Let's wait for her showing up.
Day 10: #1 and #3 are still not showing up.
Day 11: #3 is showing up after 2 days in the peat pellet. You can follow her in week 1. I still wait for #1.
Day 12: All are showing up ππ±

Hazeberg Day 1: Welcome Sticky Broccoli #2 π It took about 8 days to show up. She looks a bit different to what I usually see. Let's see, if she will make it.
Day 2: #2 looks way better now. I removed the "skin" carefully with my hands, so the leafs are able to widen up. I still hope, she makes it, as she is not looking too healthy. Furthermore, #3 joined.
Day 3: #2 is doing great. The first 2 leafs are starting to develop. She grew 1 cm. Currently she get's plain water.
Day 4: #2 does her thing. And I see #3 is showing up and pushing the coco substrate away π The light is still at about 150 PPFD.
Day 5: #2 is doing great. The first roots are coming out of the peat pellet. Time for me, to give her the first pot. No adjustments to the light and as the pot is higher, she gets about 180 PPFD. Also #1 and #3 are showing up, so, day 1 for them. Let's find out, who is stronger and will move to the final setup with the AutoPot system. From time to time they get PH 6.4 adjusted water.
Day 6: Not much to say about #2. I'm still a bit worried about #1 and #3. Both do not look like I usually see seeds develop. I hope one will make it!
Day 7: #2 is doing her thing. I'm still worried about #1 and #3. I'm not sure that they will make it π Currently, it looks bad!
Day 4 for #1 and #3 are still not doing good π
Day 5 for #1 and #3: I was not able to get them back π I'm very sad. This is the first time, I was not able to get a plant out of seeds π

Hazeberg Day 8: #2 is doing her thing. I'll keep her in this tent for 2 or 3 more days, then I'll move her to the other tent with the SANlight Evo 4-80.
Day 9: I'm not sure what's going on and the second pair of leafs looks a bit strange. I watered her with a bit of nutrients today. I also placed her pot on a heat mat and lowered the humidity. I hope she is going to start to develop faster in the next days.
Day 10: This is not the development I usually see. Very strange. Maybe the parameter measured by the new equipment were not correct. That is what I thought and moved her to the setup, where I ran other plants successfully. And yes, the parameters were wrong π I hope, I'm able to get her starting now with this environment. Wish me luck π And that also answers the question, why the other seeds where not developing successfully π For the next run, everything should be calibrated now πππ
Day 11: I let her do her thing. I even did not take a pic to keep everything as constant as possible.
Day 12: You can see the second leaf pair is kind of damaged. I hope the next pair is developing normally and she is able to pic up speed in development then. From the pics you can tell the changed light spectrum. I hope, that this also supports her.
Day 13: She looks way better today. The first "normal" leaf developed and I'm wondering, where is the other leaf of the pair ππ So, not totally back and way better than before. I decided to give her a shot water today with nutrients mentioned above (I added Plagron Green Sensation here, only to be able to add my diary to the context page).
Day 14: I lowered the humidity to an average of 66 % and she seems to like it. As you can see, the "normal" leaf is developing just fine and there are also side branches starting to develop at the lower nodes. Great to see! I'll keep the conditions like that. The PPFD at about 250 Β΅mol. I'll wait 2 days and will increase the PPFD then, if she is able to handle the current conditions. What a start π Usually I start to top my plants in week 2 or 3. Let's see, how she is going to develop the next days.
