Fast Buds came through with some testers to show off! Wanted some purple colour with the other Cali Snow's I am growing in time for Christmas so I have this guy next to my two CS in the paper towel to get her started 💪 Will grow this girl next to the 2 Cali Snow I have germinating (check the other diary!) Can't wait to do my first seed and auto grow, plan to put them right into their 5gal forever homes and go with FoxFarms soil over ProMix to turn feeding down to easy mode. HALLOWEEN UPDATE: Tap root showing on LSD-25 Seed! Other two Cali Snow are also good for a 3/3 germination from @Fast_Buds! Filled three 5gal fabric pots with a mix of 3 cups of Fox Farms ocean soil to 1 cup of ProMix HP. I did it for extra mycorrhizae for the seeds but I'm glad I did because it took the full bag of Fox Farms plus the ProMix to fill them. The seed is in it's forever home. Watered the spot a few hours before and got the dome on with some extra spray for atmosphere. DAY 5: Sprouted nicely along with the two other plants next to it. All 3 including the LSD looks very healthy so I dropped the light to seedling height to stop initial stretch! Thanks for stopping by! Like and follow along.

Day 10 - 11/8: Learned a lesson this week about LED's and seedlings! Didn't keep the light close enough and the LSD-25 and the two Californian Snow I have going in another diary stretched to about 3.5 inches. I have dug them out and reset them a little lower. The LSD-25 is still about an inch out right now with soil piled around to cover stem. Keep spraying a couple times a day with water and keeping the dome on/wet to give the seedling high RH. Thanks for stopping by, like and follow along, and I'll update soon! IG: @GlazedGrow

Day 16 - 11/14: I'm starting to suspect that this seed was actually the 2nd Cali Snow seed from my other diary... When I germinated them I put them separated but on the same cloth. At one point the LSD rolled over into the Cali Snow seeds but I was PRETTY sure I knew which one it was. Looking at how the two seedlings are similar in their stunted growth compared to the big buy in the middle who's right on schedule. I think THAT might be the real LSD-25 but I might have to wait a few weeks before I figure it out 😂 You can see it's definitely struggling but it is still growing along. Let me know if you know what is going on with it! Still just using a spray bottle for the soil around the plants using plain water a couple times a day. I will start a light water Molasses/Water feeding starting next week most likely. DAY 19 - 11/17: Just got back from a day or so out of town. Left her well watered with her dome on to help with moisture loss. Left the Veg half of my LED on so not full power but still a great bit of progress when I got back today. It was struggling as a seedling (Why I think it might be the California Snow seed that switched places) but when it hit the first node, regular growth took over. Will give them all a dark period tonight to give them a break from the 36 or so hours of light they've had when I was away. Still just letting the FoxFarms Ocean Floor do the feeding with plain waterings with a spray bottle. Will start to feed the soil Molasses/Water mixes by the end of the week or as soon as I feel the little plants and handle a pour feed compared to gentle spray. Thanks for stopping by! Day 26 Update In an effort to raise RH for the seedlings I left them in their domes longer than normal and ended up cooking them all including the LSD-25. Stressed but recovering nicely and I'll have to punch more holes in the top of my domes and keep them spritzed down more. Started the lightest of small nute feeding mixing the nutes above in a gallon container then pouring small amounts into a regular sized water bottle used as a "watering can" to control small amounts to avoid overwatering. Will update with how she rebounded by end of week! --- Start of Week 4! Day 24 starts and the LSD-25 and two Cali Snows I have going are doing well! From following all the other Fast Buds diary it seems like this is the week or so that the seedlings should go full plant mode. The "LSD-25" that I still think might be a Californian Snow is on the right so it's leaning a bit into the light but not stretching terribly. It seems to be the most behind in terms of node development but still on track with the others. Excited to get to FIM/LST phase. Have decided to just FIM instead of full top to try for more than two colas with only one period of heavy stress on the auto timeline. Thanks for stopping by and will update through the week 🙌

Day 31 - 11/29: Watered with leftover feeding solution stored in fridge for a few days. Still the low nute/Molasses mix from last week. The plant is doing well, it was closest to the vent and tent door so it was never cooked under the humidity dome like the two Californian Snow's I have going in my other diary. Unfortunately the low RH environment cost me a good vegetative base on this plant and the others. Based off the shape of plant and more sativa growth pattern I still think this is going to turn out to be a Californian Snow due to the seeds shifting for the one second I looked away setting up the germination 😕 Especially if you go see the more indica growth of Plant 1 in my Cali diary. Will have to keep tent sealed and add some humidifying elements for the next round. Won't be able to do an actual humidifier any time soon so feel free to comment with any D.I.Y Humidifiers and Techniques that have worked for you! Started to LST with soft wire as there was no time or size for FIM or Top. Small Pistils have appeared in the last 48 hours on all plants so it's time to ride these tiny girls out and see what I can do. Day 35 - 12/3: Fed last night with gallon of feeding solution split between the LSD-25 and two Californian Snow I have in another diary. (Molasses/Water/.5ml each of PHPerfect M-G-B Kit) Adjusting the LST with the soft tie a few times daily. Used the spray bottle to give it a plain water feeding today after the top layer dried out and to avoid salt build up. No sign of nute burn yet compared to my first grow but it's fine 24 hours after upping the nutes so I will keep an eye on it. Dropped the light a few inches closer for a better LED spread too. Day 36 - 12/4 Fed each plant around 2 cups of feeding solution. Feeding solution listed above at 1 Tsp Molasses/Gallon with .5mL of PH Perfect M-G-B each and split between my LSD-25 and other two Californian Snows. Should dry out in-time for start of Week 6 in a couple days 👍 Thanks for stopping by and will update through the week 🙌 IG: @GlazedGrow

Taking "Homemade/D.I.Y Humidifier" suggestions, What has worked best for you if you don't have the funds or additional power needs to add a legit humidifier to a grow tent? Anything along the lines of classic bowl of water/wet towel tricks, small MacGyver style set ups, etc.

hey man, so i did two thing, at the start of my grow i could stay on top of it, and honestly just spraying water and water + kelp up to six times a day helps. once the plants get a bitbigger or you get busier what one of the only things i could really do for my tent was to place a tray of water right by the intake to try and raise the humidity of the air going in the tent. i didnt really find the bowl or water or the hanging humidifiers much help at all. i did absolutely find that a proper mister was worth it - just in case you're on the fence about it. hope this helps growmie ! 🚀

Day 38 - 12/6 Realized I never wet my pots at the start before seeding so probably set the whole grow back. Hopefully the stretch gets them to a decent size and I can focus on trying to fatten the buds as much as possible so it's not a whole waste. Already looking forward to popping the 3 Purple Lemonade's I have waiting. Hopefully she shoots up a few more inches this week and will update with feedings. Day 40 - 12/8 Fed my LSD-25 and two Cali Snows with a feeding solution, upped the PH Perfect M-G-B to .60mL a piece and another 1 tsp of Molasses mixed into approx. a gallon of cold tap water. Split equally between the 3 plants and followed with a half gallon of regular water to avoid salt build up. I also got my Newbie of the Month prize in the mail yesterday! 20 fem seeds from @SpliffSeeds split between Gold Bar Kush, Purple Berry Kush, Mega Power Plant, and Moon Walker Kush! Now I have some decisions to make for the next grow.. Thanks for stopping by 👋 IG: @GlazedGrow

Start of Week 7! Day 44 - 12/12 Looks like I guessed right with the seed swap because this girl has clearly shown she's the LSD-25 this past week. Very excited for my first purple plant since I wasn't able to pull much purple out of my Chocolate Mint OG in my first grow. Glad I have 2 more seeds of this strain so I can give them a better chance at growing up before flower in a future grow. Maf' looks like a Solo Cup Challenge in a 5gal pot 😅 Adjusted the LST and clipped two fan leaves between the top nodes to give the secondary sites a bit more light (Not shown in Day 44 pics) Fed with the same PH Perfect MGB/Molasses mix but upped the MGB to .75ml a gal split between the 3 plants I have going now and given a water chaser to keep the top layer clean from build up. Day 48 - 12/16 Gave another wash out feeding with gallon and a half of Water/Molasses mix split between the LSD and two Cali Snows. Also added D-Earth as a preventative measure on the soil since they're starting to form buds. Trying to avoid any future harmful chems or oils on the flowers if some little buggers decide to move in plus it kind of adds silica when you water it in. Pulled the plants out for a good look and slight LST adjustment. Not much to do on the LSD-25 since she set flower early and the size/structure is locked in. Can only lean and spread to try and get the small amount of bud sites to fatten as much as possible. It is very exciting to watch the purple starting to form in the buds and leaves. She won't be big but I'll try and make her pretty fo sure 😈 Not too much smell to her yet but it could also be due to the fact that the Cali Snows I have are starting to get their stank on and probably overpowering anything the LSD is throwing out. Day 50 - 12/18 Biggest feed so far! Split 1.5ml each of PH Perfect MGB kit and 2 tsp across 2 gallons of feeding solution. LSD-25 got 0.5ml each + 1tsp Molasses and chased with a couple more litres (You imperial American's got me all messed up on this site) Will give a day to dry a bit before giving the top layer of soil a spray down with water to get rid of any residue then top with a D-Earth sprinkle and let sit until it's time for another feed. This is the fun phase of having to take pictures every day or else you don't notice just how big the buds are starting to get day by day! Might be able to get an early chop and dry for some uncured taste testing before New Years depending on how long I let her go to maximize bud size on such a small girl 😛 Thanks for stopping in, throw down a like so I can return the favour, will update through the week! 🙌 IG: @GlazedGrow

Day 53 - 12/21 The description of "Sour Earthy/Paint and Wood Varnish" from the LSD-25 strain description is so on point it's nuts. Takes me right back to painting models and avoiding the backyard during staining projects as a kid. Happy I have 2 more of these seeds to pop in the future and try to get some bigger plants because the quick bulk and crazy nice smell is already driving me crazy. I imagine there is such a nice kushy bitterness taste on the backend 😋 Took a few three fingers and small shoots off around the bottom and spread the sites open a bit to help with light penetration. Didn't get leafy at all so there is a nice base and a few solar panels to keep the rest of the grow hands off.🙌 Seems like there might be a bit of the claw in the top sugar leaves but no tip burning at all so the higher feed may have been a bit spicy for her. Next feed will just be a Molasses/Water mix to run off to push the nutes down. Day 54 - 12/22 Gave a feeding of about 2 litres of Molasses/Water mix once she had dried out form the last big feed. Topped all plants with D-Earth sprinkle after for home stretch. Can really see the purple buds start to form through the pistils and will start to fatten every day 💪 Main buds should be A LOT different by end of week! MERRY CHRISTMAS! Day 57 - 12/25 Little bit'o'buds everyday :) I've let the lights go 24HR for the last few days since I can't use grow lights for next two days. They will be left near an open window to run on natural light for a few days. Still the bit of claw on top sugar leaves but will be giving a full pot water with plain H20 and left until next feeding. Still 2-4 Weeks left on her I'd say. Next update will be Week 9! Merry Holidaze and Happy New Year!👻 Thanks for stopping by, throw down a like so I can return the favour, and I'll update through the week! 👏 IG: @GlazedGrow

Day 61 - 12/29 Returned from 2 days out of town and girls (LSD + 2 Cali Snow) are doing well. No grow lights when I left so I pointed the open tent towards a window so it got some light but not a lot. Noticeable bug growth from the end of last week since the couple days away from her gave me some fresh eyes 😂 The plants have spent most of the day under the grow lights again and once they drink enough, they'll be getting another PH Perfect feeding later in the week. The deep purple of the buds is amazing and the growing deep indica/varnish/kushy bitterness smell coming off it will probably taste so nice when it's all said and done. Will have to break out the good camera in a week or so when they get fatter so I can get that colour better than the phone shots I've been using so far #SamsungNote9 --- Thanks for stopping by, throw a like so I can return the favour, and will update through the week 🙌 IG: @GlazedGrow

Day 65 - 1/4 Love watching the purple buds pack on bulk day by day. Very pronounced purple pea-sized puffy calyx pour down mainstreet and the pistils are starting to orange with hints of green in the bud, an absolute beauty. Finally named my plants after one of the many shows I put on for garden tending entertainment, Workaholics. With the crazy orange hair, purple/green tye-dye, and a bit short where it counts; May I introduce you to the main man with the mane, ma'am: "Blake" (Adam and Ders are my two Cali Snow in my other diary) Gave first feeding after my post-xmas flush with a lower nute solution than last time. No sign of burn from the higher feeding just want to keep the soil clean in final weeks. Finished with Molasses/Water mix to wash it away from the top layer as well. Depending on how the buds are looking in a week or so I'll decide if I start the flush for a Week 12/13 harvest or let it go an additional month. --- Day 67 - 1/6 Soil almost dried out enough from the last big feed. Going to start the flush process with a week of Molasses/Water mix with a final half week/week of plain water. Clipped the top of the main cola for some backbuilding to chunk out the top a bit for final pictures 😎 Everything has been shot on my phone so far (Samsung Note 9 if anyone cares) so the good rig will be coming out for the final couple weeks for the Cover Photo contest. The colour and smell are amazing. So excited to try this one. Thanks for checking it out, like so I can return the favour, will update through the week 🙌

Day 73 - 1/12 Half way through Week 11 and "Blake" is almost ready for a chop (That's a chop!) Going to give another Molasses/Water rinse to the soil and let it finish out the week or so and hopefully get a bit of a fade in the fans. Could be chopped at any point but will let flush itself a bit and I like a stonier effect out of my indica. The buds are a hilarious stunted formation with very pronounced pea-sized buds that grew in thinner stacks outwards instead of all bunching into one large cola/bud. Almost like a landrace/Dr. Grinspoon kind of bud formation that looks awesome/should be great bud but will not have much mass to it when all is said and done. Getting the chop tomorrow! Never got a fade but the last 2 weeks were just Molasses/Water and Plain water feedings so it will have to do. Don't want it sitting too much long, probably already losing thc but I like my indica stoney. She smells like a "boozey dark orange" and honestly can't wait to get a taste. Sitting in the dark until tomorrow for a small bit of sunday trimming. Broke the good camera out for some final shots for a @Fast_Buds approved diary but I doubt the plant has any good size or shape for promo purposes 😂 Will update soon with bud pics in the Harvest update!

Quick chop, trim, and photoshoot for my first and super small LSD-25, "Blake" 😅 The whole one branch plant weighed in at approx. 20g wet after trim 😆 Obviously will not amount to much, got to hand it to moneybags nailing approx. 10g return 😂 Don't doubt the experience just the teaching method. Once she's dried and cured it should make for a nice bit of novelty purple to throw into seshs, can't wait to see how the taste matures! Not much trim for hash but I think I'll see if I can pull a little tincture action and parlay that into some first attempt gummies for this round. (S/O @GreenMachine) HUGE THANKS to EVERYONE who helped, liked, commented, followed, etc. 🙌🙏 I try to check out everyone who shows love and return the favour 👋 -- IG: @GlazedGrow
