Full time outdoors under shade structure (temps have been over 90F), evap. cooler used in addition to fan when temps reach 85F or higher. 4 CFL's light the tween hours between dusk and 16th hour, after June 22 = lights out. Feeding regimen adapted to: Feed, Feed, Tea, Feed, Feed, Cal/Mag + Liquid Kelp, Flush with foliar feeding before dusk every other day ( = brownish spots on leaves). Noticed my water bucket (under fan to aid in humidity) had little red spiders (clover mites) in, so to be safe employed food grade diatomaceous earth at the base of each plant (some white spots on leaves in pics) and around each platform on the ground. Lollipoped, topped and / or fim'd all this past week, slowing growth a bit. All-in-all, considering the heat and low humidity, doing well and they look happy. Using my media mix, watering daily outdoors in the morning.

Any ideas / input / solutions as to why the White Widow 3, Blue Cheese and a few others are exhibiting rounded leaves on the new growth?

You may have a bug or something attacking your leaves. I suggest boiling a few unscented pure cigars and lightly spray the leaves for bugs, add chili powder if want. If it is mold, it's not bad, (but carefully examine what it could be). For mold, it's best to use cloth pots for better drainage. And add a tablespoon of peroxide to a gallon of water for your soil. It slows/kill mold growth and adds oxygen to your roots. Do only once a month if needed
