This has been a good steady week of growth. I increased the liquid GHE Bloom to 2 tsp/gal because she's fully focused on flowers now. Her smell is becoming more pungent to where I can immediately smell her once I open the tent. It's still very sweet in general but developing some fruity/lemon notes within slight hints of gas. The flowers are slowly stacking and forming nice sized colas. Im definitely looking forward to the swell here in the next few weeks. Trichome production seems to be coming along nicely. But it's expected to peak around 20% with near perfect conditions so im not expecting a totally frosted plant. The leaves look healthy but are beginning to claw downward leading me to believe there's mild nitrogen toxicity happening. This makes sense with how far into flower she is but this week im dropping FF Grow Big as per scheduled so perfect timing. I'll start with a regular 6.2ph water feed tomorrow to help give a light flush and move to her mid flower feed schedule.
Should I remove the dead part of the leaves? Specifically remove the brown parts of the leaves and leave the green part to save them for trim? If so how could I go about removing them without getting brown crumbles everywhere?
