They are both still slowly bouncing back from the nute shock but they are going to live. Switched to 12-12 yesterday and I think they are liking it. More healthy progress in one night then all last week combined. Guess they just needed a rest? Started using pH down and tap water instead of bottled gallons of spring water. I adjusted the water down to a pH of 5 as the soil has been hovering at 7. I would like to get it down to at least 6 but would prefer 5.5. Last grow, same seeds, same everything but nutrients (which I have switched back to Fox Farms), and the plants were far taller and thicker by this point. But, the soil was measuring between 5.5 and 6.5 the whole grow. So it could be the pH slowing it down but more likely the shock from over-nutes. I was going to give them one more week in veg but I changed my mind and I'm glad I did. I also changed them to 3/4 gallons of water every fourth day instead of 1/2 gallon. And sticking with nutrients every other watering. They seemed to be a tad droopy on watering day. Hopefully an extra 1/4 gallon keeps them fed for three days straight.
