This is the Mars Hydro Official Team. Huge thanks to @GrowDiaries for hosting this contest — we’re excited to celebrate the upcoming Black Friday and Christmas season with the community and give back to growers everywhere.
We’ve seen a few questions about the contest, so here are some quick clarifications:
1. As technology continues to evolve, smart growing has become an unstoppable trend. After gathering extensive feedback from our growers, we developed the Mars Hydro Brand-New 2025 Intelligent System. This system delivers fully integrated intelligent control across your entire setup, making the growing experience more convenient and efficient.
Because this intelligent system is tailored specifically for Mars Hydro products, participation for the first prize is limited to current Mars Hydro users — a special benefit for our loyal users.
2. Second and third prizes are open to everyone, with no brand restrictions.
3. Additional: If you win first prize but already have one smart-control gear, you’re welcome to request a swap to the second prize. We’re more than happy to adjust your reward to best suit your needs!
All winners will be selected by Growdiaries, and Mars Hydro will assist with shipping.

We’d like to share a brief clarification regarding the first-place winner selection for this contest.
According to our contest rules, first-place entries must clearly showcase Mars Hydro products in the submitted photos. After the initial winner announcement, we carefully re-reviewed the first-place entry and found that the winning photo did not visibly include Mars Hydro products. Additionally, we were unable to locate corresponding diaries to further verify compliance with this requirement.
After raising this concern with the GrowDiaries team, they confirmed that this specific rule was not fully taken into account during the initial selection. To ensure fairness and full compliance with the contest criteria, the GrowDiaries team has since adjusted the results, and the original first-place entry has been moved to second place.
We appreciate GrowDiaries’ cooperation and understanding, and we thank all participants for sharing their grows and being part of this community. Transparency and fairness are very important to us, and we appreciate your support.
Regarding prize shipment:
As we were in the process of confirming the final winners, prize shipments were not arranged earlier. Now that the winners have been officially confirmed, we will be reaching out shortly to coordinate prize delivery.

Allways grown with mars, even still have rhqt green purplelight somewehere, doin a fc-e 4800 which is almost done and rocking two fc1500 evo just for some extra, cant have enough ;) need to buy a new big lamp soon ;(

2nd place prizes more valuable then 1st... 😅💩 Decent contest for people already owning mars hydro stuff. For the rest of us this is kinda meh. But at least we know they are running a sale now.

@MarsHydroLED Help sponsor my journey to becoming a licensed cultivator over the next year and prepping for legal retail sales! I’d love to test out some lighting for my @CurrentCulture420Grown 36-RDCW Under Current Bucket system! I will be documenting the steps along the way as well as covering the buildout of commercial space. Hopefully it will be a great resource for growers looking to take their grows to the next step!

@MarsHydroLED, I've already entered with some more pictures. 😇 Thanks for taking care of it and for talking to us! Many companies on here and especially growdiaries itself don't even reply when there are issues or questions regarding their contests. Meme contest of september is a great example. The winners haven't heard anything from them to this day. People are waiting for 3 months now... 💩
