Hey, I cannot find much information about your light. I can give you some guidelines, I've been been using cbx3590 at 250W and keeping them at 40cm (16inch). I found this video (https://youtu.be/FrZxbwGFdso) for you about a guy using a similar light then yours, you might be able to determine the correct height from there. Try to experiment a bit just use some logic.

Hello.. Hope you are well.. Because ur plants are young I'd keep them at least 2ft(24inch) away from her delicate tiny canopy.. As she gets bigger u can bring them closer.. Wait till she develops her 5set fan leaves(usually after 1st or 2nd set of 3's) then bring light down max 6inch..she wont stretch for the light n if it feels warm above ur plants canopy place a small oscillating fan just above..
