Hello.. Hope you are well.. After lookin at her spec's id recommend atarting at 24inch away.. Leave for an hr then go bk n check ur heat/humidity levels and adjust if possible.. U will get a rise in heat n drop in humidity most likely but u need to know by how much.. As she gets bigger u will b able to get her closer to ur canopy if ur heat/air exchanges are in workin oreder.. Stay safe n gud luck.. 👍🍀

With most led lights I've seen online, the recommended heights are between 12 and 36 inches, depending on your stage of growth. Since you're still in veg, you'll want to aim for around 18 to 24 inches away, lowering to 12 to 18 inches for flower, depending on how much area the light needs to cover. Also, from the pic, it looks like your light possibly has lenses over the diodes. From what I've read through various forums, this concentrates the light and may create hotspots in certain areas of the light's footprint. So that may be something to keep an eye out for.

usually it's best to measure the PPFD values to ensure getting the right distance to the plant.. too little and they won't flower well, however too high of a PPFD value (above around 800 without added CO2) is also not good.. now i understand that par meters can be quite expensive (i got one from Amazon for 30 bucks.. Shane from "Migro" made a YT video comparing this specific model to his expensive Apogee Quantum sensor, and provided a "conversion factor", to get right values.. might want to check that video (but i think your light is a "blurple" one, right? then this won't really help too much) before i've had the par meter, what i did was hold the bottom of my under-arm underneath the light, and looked at the output, and when it either didn't get warm, or i didn't feel like i got blinded too much by looking at my arm, i used that as a distance.. it's obviously not as good as measuring, but i was surprised how well this judged distance actually did with my 50w COB (about 20 to 25cm)
