Should you be worried? Yes and no. Lady beetles are good insects as others have pointed out. They eat pest insects and are a great addition to an organic grow. If they showed up in your plant on their own and they are sticking around I worry about what they are eating. It is good that they are there eating the bad insects but it also means you have bad insects so I like to keep an eye on things.

That's why I'm worried I can't see any other kind of bug except for a few leaf hoppers

No. Ladybugs are predatory insects, and eat spider mites. So, they're a good thing.

I buy them ever year for my outdoor garden. They are fantastic at helping with aphids and white flies and the like. Just be careful when your plants are flowering. Usually if they find a good food supply they are likely to lay eggs near the plants. Mostly in the undersides of leaves, small orange eggs laid in groups. 🐞

No definitely not! they are predators for other bad bugs.. you got lucky cuz its like having security around your plant. It is very common for people to pay to buy bags of ladybugs and set them free on their cannabis for this reason.
