When Should I Top My Plants?

I plan on moving the plants outdoors within the next week or two. I'm going to be topping them, but I'm wondering if I should do it now during their last week inside or wait until I transplant and they're accustomed to the outside weather. Thanks in advance!

Hello.. Hope you are well.. I wud personally do it now to allow new growth to get a bit larger so shes not as fragile.. Wen u transplant them ur new growth will b faster n healthier.. Stay safe n gud luck.. 👍🍀

i would wait until she has been moved outside and has adapted to the climate a bit. else it might stress her twice, where the topping is the more intrusive of the two.. happy growing!

Putting back into veg before pistils and sexual maturity?Can you veg even after a 12/12 from seed has been in flower room 3 weeks shes just not big enough and would also like to top her so I really am considering it, the reason being is I can't see one pistil yet which means she's not mature, I don't see why it would make a difference

Day 31: Top After a FIM-job?Could I top this FIM from a week ago? I have lateralized all her branches, but feel there is a lot of catching up to do. Branch spread is ideal for this grow space, but comparatively low. Am I really effecting yield, if I am satisficed with the growth in place and take the top?

EXTREME topping :P How many nodes have you cut off of a photo before? I plan to grow my Gorilla Glue and Gelato together till harvest, yoink the Gorilla Glue, flip the Gelato to flower. I'd like an idea just how extreme I can go with my next "topping" to keep this plant as small as possible.

Late topping to take direct clone from topping after 8 or 9 nodes?Late topping to get a decent clone (two nodes) with first topping? What do you guys think, is there a too late for topping? Normaly i top only the tip and take clones later from branches. My girl nr.4 is three weeks behind she could catch up, cutting the clone from branches?
