How do you defoliate?

How do you defoliate without shocking your plant? I wanna strip some leaves from my jungle to open it up. I dont wanna hurt my girls though. What are some rules to follow to ensure I dont hurt my plant?

Hello.. Hope you are well.. Wow she's a big girl.. Well done.. Ok ur best and easiest way will b to work on 1 branch/arm at a time.. Personally i like to leave 1-2 sets of ur big leaves on top.. These are her main solar panels.. Start to take away any of the large leaves that come directly of the branch(they usually have a long stem) and work ur way up remembering to keep those top sets of leaves..work ur way around each branch doin the same.. I know it seems like ur damaging her but she will b fine and all part of the technique .. I wudnt take any other leaves coming from flowering sites until she fills out again.. Ideally u can do this part of a weekly schedule to make life a bit easier for urself in future.. Stay safe n gud luck.. 👍🍀

Salut le jardinier ! apparemment c'est pas compliqué il suffit juste de retirer les feuilles du haut qui bloquent la lumière aux branches du bas et il suffit juste d'appuyer vers le bas sur la tige de la feuille avec le pouce pour que la feuille tombe sans abîmer ta plante. bonne chance a toi bella ciao

Popcorn/ mini branches keep/remove?Buds are tiny not fattening at week 6. I also have lots of popcorn nugs. Being first growth not sure to remove them or keep them at this late in flowering (week 6), might stress the girls out or might even help fattening buds?

Looking for opinions on a try of LST and a thought about taking off big fan leaves from the topHad a shot at LST training one of my girlfriend plants, just wondering opinion from people if it has been done correctly. Should I remove some lower leaves? Shes two weeks into flower and really getting bushy...smaller growth on the lower level? Or do I let it be? Also the other picture is a little surprise out of nowhere, idk where the hell it came from, do I transplant it and see what happens?
