If it helps with air flow and prevents leaves overlapping and creating humidity pockets, then yea.
If you have good air flow, then no, leaves = growth.

Looks good so far.
More information would be great. Flowering around week 2?
Both ways are "okay".
I prefer a single bud to be able to spread out and reach its full potential over two smaller buds competing for nutrients and light.
Additionally, better airflow prevents leaf overlap and wet spots, which can lead to mold.
So I would suggest to lollipop, defoliate and LST here.
Ultimately, the goal is to create a flat canopy to maximize light exposure for all bud sites.

Ofts for the better of the plant Ithen yeah.
will say they look over watered, I'd leave it till the medium is almost dry before next irrigation, that's my penny's worth lol. Hope that helps

What should I do with my plants that have grown thicc to receive more light? - First GrowMy plants (1 auto, 1 photo) have grown a lot and are now pretty thicc. Should I remove some leaves to allow more light directly on the new growths from the nodes? More agressive LST? Leave them alone? They have grown in a weird pattern because of my LST attempts (see pic).
