Hello, if you have a timer I recommend plugging the fan into the timer and turning it on for 30 minutes then off for 30 minutes. If you don't have a timer, they aren't very expensive and it will solve your problem.

It's not easy to choose between the perfect temperature and good ventilation, but you should definitely plug your ventilation into a timer to have at least half the time with air circulation because even though it doesn't matter much during the growth stage, in flowering you need good ventilation; otherwise, you'll get mold and rot. 22 degrees C is fine as well.. make sure that the fans are on, because the plants take up co2 and release oxygen - that's photosynthesis and how they feed.. if there's not enough air-circulation, the oxygen around the leaves isn't removed and the co2 can't be easily picked up by the plant..
