Topping an auto flower good or bad? Read somewhere that it can stunt the grow because the plant needs to put extra energy in creating 2 colas in stead of one . If so is micro topping than also no go? I'm planning to top this plant only once, once she get 4 nodes. Is that doable?

There are tons of opinions on this topic. But I speak from experience. I've topped my autos in the past with great results. Don't believe the regurgitated stuff online from those who have never tried it. But I have become a much bigger fan of doing a FIM pinch rather than topping - Pinch the new growth at the top firmly between your thumb and finger. This will produce similar results to topping (more bud sites and the plant will grow wide rather than tall), but its a lot less stressful on the plant. And you're not chopping off any potential bud sites. Good luck! 👍

Hello @Centipede ! Depends on what you are trying to achieve . If you want to achieve a more even shape without less effort than LST then go for it. If you want to do it in order to create more tops then no don't do it . You don't have the luxury to stay at veg stage for as long as it takes to feel your grow room. So it is very possible the plant will get to flower stage before it will recover and have those tops that you are looking for when you are topping... Happy growing ! 👊

Its different from strain to strain. i did it with easy bud and northern lights and stress killer. I did not do it with dark devil. I topped them one time. i think if you dont do to much every thing should work nice. What all automatics accept is some LST and FIMmming.. its your descision
