Hey :-) Look with a microscope 👌If the trichome heads are about 70% milky and 30% clear, you can start with the flush. If the trichomes are about 70% milky and 30% amber, it is a very good time to harvest 👍🙏🏻 but do not pay attention to the leaves of the trichomes on the buds 👍

I just noticed, your picture is about the Amnesia, not about the banana blaze.. that's mostly a sativa, so here the "head high" level will stay much longer compared to the indica.. same concept however: it depends on what you want.. given you decided to grow a sativa, i assume you'd want more of a head high.. in this case you can wait until more are cloudy.. given you're on soil, i suggest 2 weeks of flushing as soil keeps the nutrients rather well and you don't want too much of the unmetabolized nutrients in the plant.. 1 week is more for coco and peat/soilless, whereas for hydro 3 to 4 days is enough (there you're exchanging nutrient solution, so the whole growing medium, and don't have any medium that requires "flushing"..) if you don't want to fully starve her, you can also give her a very-low nutrient solution with maybe an EC of 0.4 (based on RO water) or so, that she still is forced to use up majority of the nutrients that are still stored in her, but is not forced so abruptly, when she needs it the most (to create THC)

the main question you should ask yourself is "what kind of high" do you like? Should it be more of an "active" head high for during the day, or more of a "body high" which pushes you into the couch and makes you sleep well? Once you know that, you should look at the strain.. When i googled for banana blaze auto i see it's a "mostly indica" hybrid, so one that will push you more into the couch by default (the basic sativa-indica difference), but not as much as a pure indica would. When it comes to trichomes you most likely know they go from clear to milky and then to amber. Since this one is an indica-heavy plant, if you want a head-high, you'd be best off harvesting when around half are still clear, and half are milky.. If you want a body high, then most should be milky and some amber. If 20 or 30% or more of them are amber, it'll just be definitely in the body-high area, pushing you into the couch (and as always, don't wait too long or they'll fall off the plant). In comparison if this were a sativa, then even even when the trichomes are full milky it should still give you more of a head-high, and to get more of a body-high effect you'd need to wait until there are a lot of amber trichomes. So it's basically up to you, what you prefer. happy harvest in either way ;)
