hey people, i had the same same as you check out my diaries, they're popping out the soil. everything is normal, but it is stressful haha ! check every few hours you can almost see it grow in real time. so interesting ! keep you humidity up, temp up, plenty of light. you're 100 !

I put an empty cut in half clear water bottle, to the cup, to hold humidity in there so the seedling can thrive.. .they like it warm in the beginning...

In Case of and nutrients iam alwys saying less is more. . ... The only thing that concerns me is your RH combined with 28 degree. Try to rise the Humidity. Hello @cookiefarmer! Yeah its normal. Did you move the seed shell? Try to keep them in humid environment. Some times the shell membrane stack at the seedling if its to dry and the seedling deforms. Happy growing ! 👊

It is just trying to turn around. Everything is fine! Make sure to place it under light now. All you need at this point is a small cfl light bulb about 6-10 inches away.
