Defoliating during flowering

Septooth
Septoothstarted grow question 4 years ago
I'm in my 2nd week of flowering and I still have alot of leaves that can be cut for better air flow and light exposure. I defoliated my last week of veg growth and first week of flowering. Can I keep defoliating during flowering? Or will it hurt my flowering process?

Wait untill end of week 3 and remove 50%of the leaves and anything in the shadow, this will roughly be at the end of the flowering stretch so you'll know which ones to remove and which to keep 👍🌱

From what I understand you can do it up until the third week of flower. But as it gets later try to be as selective as possible as soon they won't grow back and they are what gives your plant that growing energy! Hope this helps! Happy growing!
