They should be fine check the Roots, Steams and Leaf for any damage if possible. Keep close eye on them for a couple of days. pat down and refill. hope all goes well.

No do not throw away! Plants can handle more abuse that. We think. If you can resettle your cups and plants then let them be, they'll make it known if they need to be tossed. Why waste all your hard work just on a what if.

They should be a bit stressed, it depends on how you managed to repot/transplant, but don't give up on that ! Put some fresh coco, keep your actual temperature settings and let your soil dry. By the way, your cups seems already too small for your plants. You don't want roots to touch the edge of your container, they could interpret this as a bad signal. I'll be around, good luck with these babies bro !

They will be fine, just go back to the plan. I have learned to never underestimate the power of nature to live and thrive. Just snug them up and feed.

At worst they will show transplant shock symptoms and be droopy for a couple of days then they will be as good as new

No problem at all, just pat down the coco a bit when you refill her so she fits snug again

They should be fine so Ingrid as the roots didn’t get to badly damaged
