Hi i give my Girls up to 3 weeks weaker light, but most time 10-14 Days after sprouting, you can check the right distance this way.... you start with the recommended distance, if you seedlings get to leggy... lower the light.........if they built nodes very near togther.. rise the light.....but its always beter to start witha "weaker" light not to shock the babies.

I usually consider it a seedlings untill the second set of leaves are there. (I don't count the first 2 leaves that are just round)

Let's say that the seedling phase is the 1st week , sometimes the 1st and the second week. It's when the plant is building her first nodes and when the roots are settling in the medium. The nutrients needs are low and the plant needs a good amount of light to avoid any early stretch to reach the light

Hey guys, the Atami guide is telling me to switch to Tera Max & Atazyme after week 2. Before that I was using Rootfast & Tera Leaves. Should I switch back to the old feeding schedule or proceed with atami's guide? Also, I want to LST but I'm not really sure when to start. Thank uWeek 3

Defoliation (no horizontal room in my tent and a lot of vertical room)This may seem like a dumb question but is cutting these small lower branches off going to promote vertical growth in my plants? I will be doing it later on anyways to eliminate larf but would it be more beneficial now or is it worth to keep to take in light energy for now
