Preflower: Still going for LST?

Seeing preflowering already on a fast growing strain (7 weeks according to Sweet Seeds) should I still opt for LST or just leave her alone and do her thing?

You can keep going with LST until there are small "budlets" formed.

Your plant has been in flower for maybe 10-12 days. Pistils at terminal buds are flower, not preflowers. On an auto, a pair of preflowers at growth nodes will be first visible sign within 7-10 days of onset of flower phase and 10-14 days before you see pistils at terminal buds. This would be how to compare apples to apples with a photoperiod. The plant flips to flower long before you can see anything. LST should probably be done by this point. I'd still try to keep the colas as even as possible as far as vertical growth.

Is this yellowing normal? Probably because of LST?I am growing my plant with LST and some of the lower fan leaves have been moved down in the shadow. Is this the reason why those leaves are getting yellow and dry? All the rest of the leaves look very green and healthy by the way.

Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help. It was by accident, I have nerve damage and arthritis so I can't keep my hands still that much especially standing.
