I do what you’re doing and I don’t stress with it. Poking a few roots as you push into the soil isn’t really detrimental.

General questions about my growBased on week 5 of my grow, does it sound like I'm on track with nutrients? Any advice on LST or defoliation? What is the risk to apply HS training(Topping Defoliation) to the strain for which LST/SCRoG is recommended?I am growing Auto Black Opium(Divine Seeds).
The description says SCROG and LST work good.
I started bending it recently and did 1 time topping earlier.
I feel I need to do some defoliation, but it will be 2nd HS technique, which contradicts the recommendations.

So we are at 4.5 weeks standing about 6.5 inches. Is it to early to start training? This is a strictly outdoor grow so mother nature is in complete control of lighting. Sun up 6am sun down @ 10pm roughly. Temps range anywhere from 75°-95° F daily & 65 -75 @ night humidity 70-90%

Grow help and adviceHey guys little help.
Need an opinion on how my plants are looking. I’ve successfully LST the one but left the other. Both are topped under 18/6 light. Watering .75 L with bio buzz grow and add bloom and top max every other watering.
Also does this look like flowering ?
