I do what you’re doing and I don’t stress with it. Poking a few roots as you push into the soil isn’t really detrimental.

When do you start topping? Photoperiods need to LST? Can ya'll just go look at my diary and tell me if my ladies look like they should LOL.When to top or LST? Do these look stunted? I'm super curious about methods for best yield. I'm already worried my girls are leggy (but I've gotten some great advise already to let them rest but also give them bigger pots soon). Stop LST technique going into flowering stages?I have been using the LST technique with my plats for the past 2 weeks I’m going into week 8 and staying in veg but in week 9 do I stop LST durning flowering or can I continue with LST method?

How far into flower is it okay to bend (LST)? Am I there yet?I see a couple little flower hairs coming in on the cheese plant. I've read that you are not supposed to train auto-flowers very far into flower, but I was hoping to get one or more bends in over the next week. Anybody have any thoughts?Week 5
