How often do you adjust lst in a week?

I try and do a little bit everyday. Sometimes I'll leave it a day inbetween depending if she looks like I'm stressed her.

Can i try LST or are they too stumpy?looking to start LST but my plants don't have much spacing in between nodes height wise, and lots of nodes.. is it too late to try and start or would it be a bad idea due to there not being much room for new branches to then form once tied down? sorry for noob questions!6y ago

3 NL Autos from ILGM all started at same time, but plant 2 received no training: did training DELAY or STUNT plants 1Plant 1 has healthiest foliage but smallest buds.
Plant 2 seems farthest along but stalling out.
Plants 1 & 3 fattening. Just delayed?
Seeing amber trichs here n there, but lots of clears/milky all over.
Flush plant 2 for a week or two and harvest but let 1 & 3 go longer?

Does LST increase yields in autoflowers?Those advocating LST for autoflowers promise increased yields. Is there evidence to support this? Other than flattening the canopy, which helps in limited spaces, is there a scientific reason why training increases yield?Week 3

First Time GrowerI’m first time grower and would like some help on choosing my first seeds. I’m doing an indoor grow, LED lights, Soil Medium, prefer high yielding and high thc, feminised as well.
I’m planning on doing LST and using a SCROG to allow a higher yield.

Should i take off the hooks (LST)Someone here told me that it is not fair to lay the girls on the ground as i did, because the leaves touches the soil.
Should i set them free to go up and continue the LST once the plant is some centimetres up?
Or should i leave it like this and keep going? I dunno what to do.Week 4

This is my first experience growing indoors and also growing autos. Do you guys think the Northern Lights will survive ? It will recover in some way (I don't care about lower shields) ? Or should I just end it and focus on the other two plants ?
