I try and do a little bit everyday. Sometimes I'll leave it a day inbetween depending if she looks like I'm stressed her.

Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help. It was by accident, I have nerve damage and arthritis so I can't keep my hands still that much especially standing.

Weird growth! Hi Grow Community! I am trying LST for the first time. Plant is about 14cm hight. As far as I know I need to bend the stem until it's horizontal with the soil. But the stem of my plant is already so thick and solid. Does it need to be rly horizontal?Should I try and bend it more?
