How often do you adjust lst in a week?

I try and do a little bit everyday. Sometimes I'll leave it a day inbetween depending if she looks like I'm stressed her.

Will the branch recover from a crack?Accidentaly cracked one branch during the LST. Should I let it as it is and wait for it to recover, or should I remove the branch completely?
She is an autoflower Royal Bluematic in the 3rd week of veg.

Spiral LST vs Topdressing/mulchSpiral LST vs topdressing/mulch.. I planned on training like shown in picture, just not sure how this will work out with 1" of mulch and a monthly topdressing with all the pegs/wires, might get tricky. Thought about bending all sec branches to the outside vs 1out 1in?? Cheers

Too many branches?Have tied down the 8 main branches so that all are horizontally on the same level "Circle of Buds". Now there are a mass of new branches, should I let them all grow or should I reduce them?? She has a space of 55 x 45 cm horizontally. How many buds make sense at 55cm x 45cm?

24 days old Is it time to top and start LTS or wait till transplant in 5 Gal fabric potsOk plants are doing well I have 6 layers still only about 3-4 inches tall should I top them now if so where and what should I expect? The also have inner leafs starting already from second to bottom up to top is this normal at this early a stage, should I leave them or pinch?

Lst advise@Fast_Buds, please could you advise if I should keep tying down side branches and training my autos seeing that they have started to show pre-flowering signs?
I did some LsT last night and noticed they have just started to show pre-flower signs… is it best to leave them now?

Lst questionI bent my plant over with ties but now it’s just a Bush am I supposed to pull the side shoots and tie those down as well they don’t really move very far they are sorta short, am I waiting for it to grow a bit then try to tie more or will just the tie sideways be enough

Height autoflowersMy white widow auto is now 68 cm - 27 inch. I try to maintain light at 30cm-12 inch but she grows at 20cm-8 inches. what if she grows more and it poses a ploblem with light LED penetration ? Should I do sthing (topping, LST) or it's too late ? And I continue to turn up the light?
