Guys! Can I transplant these into their final pots and start LST at the same time??? Only been in these pots a week but grown so much and think they’re ready for LST!?

Don't do any majore bending of apical maristem... bend a leaf... gently bend some axilliary growth, sure... the roots will need time to anchor into new pot. Give them time. A week might be good.. if the stem isn't getting woody or there isn't some time-related reason, give it a full 2 weeks. The fact it's grown a ton is a good sign the roots have colonized well... up to you... Make sure you anchor trunk in opposite direction. This will reduce stress on roots.

I think the container size they're in would be perfect for that size tent with 3 plants. So wait a week and see some more growth before trying to lst. 👍🌱

Don't looked stressed from the last transplant , you could put them in final pots , just be careful of the tap roots.
