I read the EC of the drained water from the sustrate of my plants for the 1st time and it read 4.5 in one and 3.6 in other. I havent put any nutrients on these plants appart from a root stimulator since seedling.5 weeks grow. The substrate brand is Top Crop heavy mix.

Mixing soils???I’m about to plant some autos and I’m short a bit of soil I was planning on using. I have some Kryptonight aprox 3gallon and a mix of fox farm happy frog/ocean Forrest. I was thinking of mixing the 3 and spreading it between 3 3gallon pots. Anyone see any problems??

PH rise in DWC I'm having serious problems with the water PH. My tap water it's around 8PH and 300ppm, I'm using GHE PH down as other times until 5,5ph. I don't know why, this time few hours later the acidity of the water rise between 1 or 2 point, Any idea what happen?

Alternatives to Gaia Green dry amendments in Europe?I'd like to try slow-release dry amendments for my next grow. Mr. Canucks on Youtube uses Gaia Green for this, but unfortunately this brand is not available in Europe. The only equivalent I can find is livingsoilsfertiliser.com. Cant get Ph down Help, i cant get ph down. My soil PH is very high, above 7.7. I tried to water It with phed water, ph 5, many times but the ph didnt change. Now i am flushing It and after 130 liters of phed water, the ph is the same. This plant os gonna die If I don't do something. Any ideas?

adjusting ph level with BioBizz Light Mix and coco mix I have been adjusting my ph level to around 6.2-6.5. Now I'm wondering whether this was a mistake (see previous post), since I'm using BioBizz Light Mix (60%), coco coir (30%) and perlite (10%) as my substrate. Our tap water has a ph level of about 7.3.
