the breeder can't give perfect information on this, but they also don't try to give good information. If it doesn't come with +/- error, they have no real idea of how long it takes beyond a guess, because they did't applay any statistical analysis to it and the human eye simply can't do that sort of thing on its own. so, you need 30-60x magnification - cheap jeweler's loupe or currency scope will do the job.
