save harvest?
Well, that's an okay option if it is the only plant in your garden. Otherwise the risk of ruining your other plants is too great. i'd cut off entire branch if it is displaying male parts (no more than 1/3rd of plant, and larger limbs may be a no-no for this suggestion depending on healing afterward).
or save pollen?
As long as you cross it with a non-clone it's less likely to have an issue. That's how fem seeds are made.. colloidal silver (spelling) stresses plant and it herms, producing pollen with female sex chromosomes = female offspring with another female plant.
Look into proper storage.. also have to let those sacs mature and produce pollen, which runs into danger of ruining your crop again... all personal choices.
