Calyxoanswered grow question 5y ago I don't think you have anything to worry about,, the plant looks very healthy overall... If it's a deficiency of any sort it might be the start of an iron deficiency...
That's the only deficiency causing new top growth to turn yellow, where if it was a nitrogen deficiency you would've seen yellow leaves at the bottom of the plant turning yellow, eventually fading away all the green on a leaf until its almost white before wilting and falling off by itself... So I think we can rule out a nitrogen deficiency...
Also with an iron deficiency the yellowing fades until its white,, so keep an eye on them just incase that happens...
I also noticed with my plants that after the flip to 12/12 the top growth turned yellow,, same as yours,, but eventually bounced back by itself... I assume this was due to the growth spurt from stretching that this happened,, the plant might not be able to keep up with the vigorous growth in order to get nutrients all the way to the top growth fast enough... But this will eventually work itself out once the vigorous growth slows or when roots can take up more nutrients.
Really hope this helps!
Goodluck bro!
Good job so far!! 😁
