Is my plant ready?

Hi! Considering this is my first grow experience, could anybody tell me if my baby is ready to be harvested? The cola is more mature then the bottom buds. If ready, should I harvest only the top and let the plant continue to flower? Thanks

Tried mini dehumid. still issues with portable ac (added @ 9pm 6/2) see pic for graphAvg RH was 45%,had spikes @ 80% RH in dark, added portable ac to my tent. It raised avg. RH not lowered. Intake @ 40% RH that runs on a humidity cont. set @45%Now Day RH ~52%, Night RH ~60%.Ac starts RH spikes to 70% in dark. WTF am I doing wrong. Id hate to lose it to mold.

All plant show def due to bad weather and pot not dry after 5 days, help?weather been bad all week (cloudy, windy and cold; 9 celcius at night and 14 during the day). When to harvest? and general opinion on the buds :)I have two automatic gorilla cookie flowers. One of them is more advanced in terms of the flowering stage and I'm not sure when I should cut it.
It is currently about three weeks in bloom but I do not have a microscope to check the trichomes. I will only have it in two weeks.

Seems ready way before advertised flower timeReady to harvest? Not something I usually struggle with but breeder suggests 9-10 weeks flower and I’m just coming to the end of week 8. I upgraded my light recently and it advertises reducing flower time but this seems extreme. Thoughts? Pics are a few days old as well.
