hey aiiogrow - you want to wait until you get something like mostly cloudy trykes before you start flushing - you're aiming for 2 weeks in soil and goal being all milky no clear a just a few ambers - that's peak potency. Flushing with clear water basically gets the nutes out the plant and gives it a smooth smoke. Much better than harsh smoke right ? hope this helps you cross the finish line ! 🚀

Generaly you need to fush twice during intire grow. First time before you switch from vegetative nutrients to flowering nutrients: flush for 3 days with balanced pH(6.2 - 6.5 in soil) water and after that let it dry for 4 days. This act will suply the roots with alot of oxygen and remoove all the build up salts from substrate, wich is benifical for better uptake, that means more side shots and more bud sides. The water amount you flush every day should be at least twice than the pot size. If you use tap water (not recomended) let it sit for 18-24 houers to remove chlorine, before you flush. Second time 10 days before the harvest: flush for 6 days than let it dry for 4 days. Recomended pH: 7 - 7.5 to make nutrient lock. My recomendation to use Revers Osmosa water as long as it has very low TDS - rule nomber 1: the lower TDS - the better uptake. Happy grow!

That honestly depends on your nutrients. Salt based nutrients like fox farms it helps to flush a few times throughout the grow. Salt buildup can cause nutrient lockouts and a negative reaction to nutrients themselves. A good indication is a very high PPM in your runoff. I run fox farms and flush going into flowering. Usually 2nd week. 3x your container amount through after wetting the soil and letting it sit for 15 minutes. This loosens salts off of the roots themselves. Then wash it all away. After that I'm usually good to week 6F or 7F(strain depending) when I cut nutrients and flush again

Hi @Aiiogrow! Nice QB setup in here! Take a daily close look at the trichomes, they will tell you when to start to flush. Once you see the first milky trichomes you can trigger the flush phase, trichomes will take several days to turn 100% milky, usually between 8 and 12 days, this will be your flush duration. Watch the color of the runoff, it should get more clean & clear each time you flush. Try to decrease your relative humidity for this last week, this will encourage resin production and will prevent from mold/bud-rot issues. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and enjoy your harvest 👊

I do a 10 day flush, every other day. Too much moisture can lead to issues later on during drying. Durban poisen is a land race sativa that has a shorter flower time(9-11 weeks) compaired to other sativas that can go 11-14 weeks. So you will wana shoot to flush in those weeks most likely. Try to harvest when the soil is dry as well. Less water content = less dry time and less time for mold and such to take hold.

So when flushing you usually start 1-2 weeks before the end of your harvest . All you do is give it LOTS and LOTS of water that's PH corrected so you don't PH shock you're lady's give them water till it runs off don't use any nutrients during flush unless its Flawless finish from advanced nutrients. You will see your leaves start to go yellow that's normal , that's the plant soaking up allllll the nutrients it can because your starting to flush out the nutrients that are in the soil . Do this until your its harvest time and you will have good clean smoke ! :D :D Sending your ladies lots of positive vibes ! - Happy growing!

I feel like most strains flower for at least 8-10+ weeks, so its definitely a ways out. But personally i think it all has to do with how much nutrients you're putting in but a flush of 4-7 days should be good. Happy flowering great pistils. ✌️

Hello ! At that stage you can flush to get rid of a nutrients excess ( not your case ) but if you talk about the final flush then in soil it is 7 days to 10 days (you can go 15) , it's what it takes to get rid of the last nutrients of your soil when you plants will be in the final run. Little reminder , if you wanna cut at the best moment then watch your trichomes and start to flush a bit before the trichomes ratio you wanna reach. I hope it will help you 😁👍

İt's too early to flush. You would just let them starve if you flush at this point.Last 2 weeks is the best idea.Take a look at Dutch Passion's website to see how long Durban Poison flowers. You'll already know when it's close to harvest time so you won't miss that flushing period, dont worry. They are looking great, well done mate.Keep it up till the end.
