Not yet.. wait another week for some amber to show up.

Just got some red poison coming myself. I personally like 20-30% amber for my harvest point.

thanks to everyone. A week ago I washed it with a final flush from Grotek, I wanted it to be the last to cut the plant as dry as possible, I am in Chile and in Valdivia, the weather is very rainy, but apparently it is very likely that I will need a new flush before harvest. I will also take a photo of the buds to see the state of their trichomes.

Trichs on sugar leaf are clear or cloudy, not amber. As Kannaliss mentions on Top Buds will be a lot slower so probably all clear, not even cloudy. I'd say one or two weeks at least, you need to see the amber up to desired percent (i'd say 25% but is up to taste).

It's a photo of a small leaf from the flowers. It was taken with a stereo microscope. I'll try to take a closer one of the calyxes.

Take some more pics of the trichomes on the buds and come back and ask again.. The one's on the sugar leafs are not what you should be inspecting. They mature at a faster rate. 👊
