If i had this situation, id pull out the plant as gentle as possible, rinse the roots with running water and remove as much medium as possible...check and see if you have any healthy white roots still available, if so, its worth a try potting in new soil and making sure of very good drainage. You can also treat with a systematic fungicide. If there arent any healthy roots visible...you may want to give up and start over. Good luck with the treatments i hope something works for you.✌️

Hello ! Root trimming is what to do like Athos told you. But to me your plant will die (90% sure as she's 80% damaged). Next time use bigger pot sooner and water less but more often ( let the soil dry a bit before pouring water in the pot). You can also add clay balls in the bottom of the pot for a better water runoff 😁👍

Ideally you should treat the media with a fungicide. Also, get rid of the old soil since it is infected. Wash the roots on running water and trim the affected roots. You should really consider throwing away the plant and start on fresh media, sorry to say so, but if your plant already is infected, it will be quite tough to get rid of it. Consider using fabric pots next time, they do help some in preventing over watering.

not really , the little plant seems quite "advanced" at this point ! prevention is the best if you can for next time add enzymes or chelation agents like canazym or cannaboost (fluvic + hummic acid) regularly - at least once a week. If you can add them now - maybe even dose them heavy, these should help break down the unhealthy roots and feed the healthy ones. Otherwise you can flush with a flushing agent like cannaflush or equivalent, this should do some of the work. you already transplanted, so you saw the roots if they were healthy or not, but in the future, you can kind of straight up cut them and pray they grow back, that's a pretty common technique in hydro at least. Hope this helps and the little plant pulls through !
