without agitation, you wouldn't want to store it long. even letting water sit for 24-48 hours to clear out Cl (which is perfectly fine and useful at those levels in most cases) isn't such a hot idea. More microbes, less O2 - both more likely occurences than if not letting it sit out.
either get an airstone or just a pump moving the water around near surface will cause great aeration - better than bubbles, or use cheap pH-down like distilled white vinegar
@5% (foodgrade). takes a 2.5-3 mL per liter for 8.2-8.4 tap, give or take to get you in ballpark. if that's cheap, you can simply toss it out after 2-3-5 days with no worries. Keep the bottle clean and it'll be fine long-term with no growth.
