Is canna natural soil or coir it looks like fine coir I asked for soil must have picked wrong bag up do I use A+B feed or terra vega thanks

The buds stopped growing?I didnt notice any growing for around a week, the buds have the same tiny size and nothing changes. I dont need too much weed so maybe its ok for me. If i harvest now, will the effect be lowered? Also why the trichomes are so clear? :( some of them are ambar
